Last night the Trump campaign called off their Chicago rally due to security threats.] Leftist protesters cheered, beat Trump supporters, block an ambulance to the local hospital and screamed profanities at families staying at the Trump Hotel.
Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio and John Kasich sided with the violent protesters.
Republican endorsements.
American game show host Chuck Woolery lashed out at Senator Ted Cruz after he sided with the violent leftists.
And Second Amendment speaker Jan Morgan withdrew her support from Ted Cruz.

No one walking on eggshells ever won a marathon. Trump talks tough when he's attacked. These "protesters" are trying to shut down his campaign by ruining every event. You fight them or you throw in the towel and learn to say "Madam President."

It seems like some people here don't understand that. The progressive rise in America has been coming for a long time.
The progressive establishment running the GOP tells us everything we want to hear in every election, then turn around and stab us in the back but progressivism continues to build.
For once, we have a successful private citizen, Donald Trump, running on fairly good conservative principles that actually has a good chance of squashing the progressive establishment that runs the GOP. We and conservatism will definitely not get anywhere till the GOP establishment is defeated and removed. I don't know why some here don't see that a President Donald Trump is a very good chance of that happening.
In reality, you better believe the progressive establishment that runs the GOP, can definitely see it and is doing everything it can to try to destroy him.

I was a Cruz guy until this. I’m done now. I was taught- when in an argument look at what is right, not who is right. If Cruz can’t see that the leftist are totalitarian thugs then he has a problem- he doesn’t “don’t know the truth”. Ted is young and competitive- but he let me down today. The truth here is obvious, all members of the party of Lincoln/Reagan should have been at Trump’s side today. The hypocrisy of the left was on full display. They do not believe in free speech and Cruz sided with them. Shame. Done. Trump is the only one that accepts the friction that our times provides.
Maybe y'all don't speak the same language, but that wasn't blaming trump for the protesters. I think most of the people here have glanced at a headline, followed prejudices and continued Trumpetting. My guess is fewer than one in ten actually listened to any of his remarks. they're just jostling toward the cliff with the rest of the herd.
He did comment on how coarse and violent rhetoric sets a tone for coarse and violent behaviour, calling for people to tone it down.
As for attacking the Communists and others, I must note there are hardly any threads on them; instead they are almost raving distortions about what Cruz supposedly said.
Some nutcases have even gone so far as to say he supported the Communists.

Road leading out of garage was a frontage road to the interstate and was S-shaped, and when we came around the bend, I saw a large mob and they then stopped the car in front of ours...I have a feeling the car ahead of us may have done something unwise like flip them the bird or wave a sign, but I cannot be sure. Anyway, their were people looking down from the upper decks of the parking garage, so I figured one of them would be recording and put it up on youtube...and I found it....We called 911. Did not even think that they were tweeting 911, tho they may have called 911 too.
And I found another one...This was an edited version; whole evening from the cancellation announcement to some outside scuffles. Edited down to 8 minutes...I am again “featured” at the 6 minute mark.

Yep. Unreal. I used to ask myself how some of the things in history happened. Either this is paid Alinsky all the way, or it is a delusion of Biblical proportions. However, some questions of history have been answered. When a people turns it’s back on The Almighty, he allows them to be deluded and destroy themselves.
I’ll take one who at least has read it over someone who will see it only as an impediment. We’ve had plenty of that already.
