I replayed the end...he DEFINITELY wanted to go into the crowd (heck, he did that AFTER the near assault in Dayton) but tonight the Secret Service STOPPED him from doing so.
Also, from listening to msnbc talking heads, did not know they SIX secret service agents flanked him, on stage but out of camera shot.
That’s pretty telling.

You know that Obama, Hillary, Sanders, Cruz, Rubio, and all the rest are going to continue to blame Trump. They can’t abandon their position, they’ve dug in.
Press called Trump KKK and Hitler for weeks then blame him when angry minorities show up with KKK and Hitler signs.

Before that could even happen, there would have to be people willing to BE a protester at one of their rallies. You’d have to get your inoculations up to date, buy the rubber gloves and face masks, some Vicks to rub under your nose. It would be haaaard.
You mean this one? Does a Trump campaign event qualify as "Government business or official function"? That would be an interesting question. However I think section 4 would mean that any punch thrown by anyone would become a federal crime rather than a state crime.

I expect if you flip to every channel tonight, the “murder” word will be out there. It’s probably today’s new buzzword to put subliminal negative thoughts into voters’ heads. If this chick got the memo from Cruz, Bush, Soros, Romney, etc., then they all did.

Trump mentioned, I think in one of his phone calls to the press last night, that he’s dealt with protesters before at his construction sites. He’s willing to deal with those who have grievances and will deal in good faith, but he will not negotiate with agitators. he has plenty of experience with protesters and disruptors.
