Ted Cruz whom I originally supported just said that Trumps campaign bears responsibility for the violence in Chicago tonight
I am absolutely appalled by him

I knew there was NO way Trump would come on Muggin Kelly’s show and discuss the situation, but I counted on him coming on with Sean. He did.
Cruz really disappointed me. I had to turn him off. And those mechanical hand gestures of his are in their own way, as tiresome as Kasich’s karate chopping.

I think it is Cruz’s Waterloo. He can’t phantom losing. Coming unglued and unhinged.
Between the Bush backing, the Romney cabal, and now this... it’s getting very hard for me to see myself voting for Cruz.
Actually it is fascist who use violence to quiet someone. It is Trump who called on his people to “knock the crap out” of anyone who disrupts him.

I just watched it. Cruz is 100% correct.
He BLAMES THE PROTESTORS 100%.
But he then says a candidate has a responsibility not to create an environment of violence.
Trump has encouraged people to hit someone in the face. To me this is not something ANYONE should be encouraging, let alone a political candidate.
Look many of the Trump/Cruz people see their candidates in different ways. OK I can agree to disagree. But if we start to resort to violence when protesters show up, we are screwed.
I detest these protesters not letting Trump or anyone else speak. But if we resort to violence to silence them, how are we any different?
I used to be a Cruz supporter too, until I learned he was a free mason & NWO Globalist. Trump is our only hope at saving America now, IMO. I think Phyliss Schafly said the same thing.

Hannity is a Trump lapdog. Rush L called Cruz as the one who meets the Reagan standard.
Cruz is an opportunist. He apparently has no principles, and the Constitution doesn’t matter if he can take advantage of a situation.
Ted Cruz just stated that Cruz is a coward and would back down.
We want a leader and fighter like Trump and not another eGOP coward like Cruz!!!
Trump needs to come out and talk about how political correctness is causing the bullies to get more brazen, just how schoolyard bullies become more prevalent and more violent when the politically correct teachers and administration punish the victims when they stand up for themselves.
Trump has been vilified for standing up to protesters at his rallies, just last night and the debate. And what happens today? More of them. Case in point

Don’t read too much into this. I think what Cruz said is just plain stupid. It will be repeated endlessly (as we see here) for at least 3 days, Friday night and all. Someone still has to convince me that Trump is not a lib in conservative clothing. When he was discussing saving social security by cutting waste and fraud images of Obama’s campaign kept popping into my head. I’m just tired of being back to picking the lesser of the evil’s. I’m in Ohio and just may go Kasich on Tuesday. Never thought I’d be an undecided at this stage of the game.

Depends on who the front runner is because tonight would have ended the same in Chicago no matter who the republican front runner is, moveon/Sanders Supporters would be against the front runner. Tonight would have happened even if Ted Cruz or Ben Carson were the front runner. They are anti-republicans not anti-trump.
