If Joe Scarborough were ever, as some have claimed, in the the tank for Donald Trump, he has officially climbed out as of this morning. On today's Morning Joe, reacting to the clip of Jake Tapper's interview, Scarborough called Trump's refusal to forthrightly reject the support of Klansman David Duke "disqualifying."
A bit later, Joe and Mika Brzezinski said that if Trump fails today to clean up the situation, Chris Christie "cannot stay with Donald Trump's campaign."

Nonsense. You are cherry picking your polls. Since when is Alabama an crucial primary state? How is rubio doing in his home state? If he cant win his home state he cant win the ANYTHING. Is Rubio leading ANYWHERE? Cruz is well ahead in TEXAS ( a truly critical state), beating even Trump. No Repub can win nationally without Texas.
It matters because Alabama should Cruz Country for Senator Principled Conservative (TM). Cruz campaign is so weak he has to barnstorm his home state the day before Super Tuesday. Romney won MA with 72%. Cruz won’t even get a majority in the state he represents in the U. S. Senate. Sorry, it is what is. Cruz is done.

Most think that Cruz has a path to victory but Rubio does not. In any case its a waste of time arguing who is going to be 1st loser in the primaries on the eve of super Tuesday. All we can do is see how it goes.

Just switched TV back to Faux Political “Business” News after an hour of politics-free CNBC business news, and sure enough Fox is still on politics—mainly Trump...and his latest taunt to Cruz—now Trump polls....
