I supported Cruz in the beginning but the more I thought about he is better suited in the Senate for now.
We need good leadership from the top down and every man has his place where he can be most effective.
Sessions getting behind Trump can only be good for Americas as they will make an outstanding team.
My ultimate goal is to see DC ripped to shreds.....it's beginning to look like we're off to a great start in accomplishing it.

All your comments in this thread are logical fallacies: opinion asserted as absolute fact, too few alternatives, strawman etc.

“If Jeff Sessions endorses Trump he obviously is a deranged moron hack job troll Obama zombie cultist America hater Hitler sycophant elitist liberal democrat, hmmm let see what else have Trump supporters been called??”
Enablers of Hillary. You should start a thread on just the names that Trump supporters have been called.

I don’t think Sessions would do this without some assurances in regard to Trump’s pending cabinet considerations.

Most websites are not yet talking about Sessions endorsement of Trump. Most are talking about the fact that Donald seems at best ‘ambivalent’ about accepting or rejecting the endorsement of David Duke, leader of the KKK. Donald is quoted as saying he has to find out more about Duke before making any disavowal. Who over the age of 25 doesn’t know about David Duke and what he stands for? This is distressing.
If Donald does not clean this up quickly, this can be the point where the plug is yanked out of the bathtub of enthusiasm, and all the hot waters of approval begin to quickly drain out, never to be replenished. I have always wondered if and how Donald would sabotage his own campaign when the pressures became too much. We may be about to find out.

I am a big Cruz supporter - but if true this will be a big blow to Cruz and a big boost to Trump. I am as well, but I don't think he will get the nomination this time however I can see Trump using him in his administration. Cruz fights and is unafraid to take a pounding if necessary to achieve his goals and that's a very rare commodity to have in DC. That is something that Trump respects and can make effective use of. If trump can beat Hillary - AND if he governs like he has said while campaigning ( and not like he has for the rest of his adult life) Then he is going to NEED a stalwart stand tough against the crowd and GOPe (let alone the Democrats)like Cruz , to get things done.
However - if Trump governs like a Democrat - Cruz will fight him as hard as he has fought his own party since becoming a Senator.

“What makes you think Sen. Sessions of Alabama wants to be President? Your straw is a bit small.”
I agree - Sessions is 69 years old. There is no way in hell he’d want to be in the White House when he’s almost 80. Heck, we’ll be lucky if he’s still in government then.

That animated gif shows Cruz and Rubio shaking hands, colluding in an
attempt to destroy Trump, and congratulating each other behind his back.
It really makes them both look tacky...

Here’s what’s going to happen (assuming we still control both houses of congress). Early on in the next session, the congress will pass bills to repeal Obamacare, defund the EPA, defund Planned Parenthood, defund the Depts of Education, Labor, Energy, Commerce, Agriculture, and any others they choose, etc, and President Trump WILL sign them. If not he’s in breach with we the people and the congress will vote to impeach his ass.

That would be a shocker.
Sessions knows that Trump is dishonest on immigration.

That’s because so many people lack objective critical thinking capability. Their thinking process is a jumbled mess of logical fallacies. It’s an epidemic.
