Trump not saying he would be at the debate was very obvious. What reason does he have to go to these bashfests?

You certainly have picked the right guy!!! Both the Republican & Democrat Party “Establishments” need to be destoyed, politically. End of story!!! And...by the way any vote cast for Marco Rubio or Ted Cruz is naught but a vote to continue the Republican Establishment that has let us down so badly after, we gave them both the House & the Senate. I have no use for Mitt Romney, John McCain, Bob Dole, Mitch McConnell, Paul Ryan, John Boehner and, especially, Ted Cruz & Marco Rubio!!! Turncoats...all of them!!!

As for Hillary Clinton...she did get tons of African-American votes yesterday (they must really like being held in economic/oppotunity slavery on the Obama/Clinton slave plantation)....however, not-so-many “White” folks votes for HC in South Carolina. I guess Democrat, “Whitey” has jumped the shark and gone over to Donald Trump since the Republicans got 738,000 votes in their South Carolina primary and the Democrat party put forward a ‘scrawny low number” of 372,000 votes last evening....shameful.....does not bode well for Democrats this coming November, 2016....Trump will carry South Carolina with his eyes closed!! Geez....the print & TV media never tell us things like this!!!

Yeah, I think the GOPe’s fear and loathing against Cruz is overblown. Cruz is a solid conservative Republican, campaigns tirelessly, and will certainly work with the party to destroy Hellary.

Come on, that was not Cruz’ fault. Cruz clearly didn’t hear Wallace there at the end.

... Gov. Nikki Haley, with a small Islamic crescent on her chest necklace...

That cresent is part of the South Carolina state flag. Nothing Islamic about it. Or, Nikki Haley either. She is of Indian descent.

Read:

Flag of South Carolina

Nikki Haley

Calling Trump a conman is not a great strategy. What exactly has Trump conned in his life? Building and selling the finest real estate in America is now called Conning?

Guess Marxism has taken root in the Repub Party. If you are going to call someone something it should have a grain of truth. Sorta like calling Rubio a mental midget.

“Also, Cruz. needs to make amends for his Roberts pick and reinforce his Conservative creditials.”

Huh??? CRUZ needs to “reinforce his conservative credentials”? That’s absurd, as he is clearly the most conservative in the race.

There is absolutely no requirement that and candidate release their tax returns. And none of the others have.

If you watched this morning’s edition of “Fox News Sunday” there can be no doubt left in your mind about who/what Fox News represents and advocates.

And it ain’t conservatism.

Erick Erickson says the conservatives will sit out the election if Trump is the nominee, so Hillary will win.

Everybody is entitled to vote or not to vote.

However, those that call themselves "conservative" and then sit out the election to allow Hillary into the white house (shudder)out of principle are not conservative at all.

Not by a longshot.

What they in fact are can be lifted off these pages, it is what they call Trump supporters, in actuality.

I didn’t say it was Cruz’s fault. He is the one left holding the short end; what I did say was that it did not end well.

i support Trump. But i think hes waiting until he is bullet proof disclosing. i think there are likely some things, hat while not major tax violations, but reveal something underlying that would disappoint the Trump supporters.

As a side, all these millions and millions being spent on elections, who is depositing those checks?

They have vested interest to keep the ball alive.

I think Cruz and Rubio are still independent, each clawing for their own self-interest.

No doubt. Both first term senators who have spent most of their adult working life in government. They are very ambitious and neither one has given up the hope of being the nominee. My point is that they have now formed a tag team to take down Trump hoping for a brokered convention. When the dust settles, regardless of who gets the nomination, they will be on the same side preventing Trump from being the nominee.

I think that pretty much reflects the split in the party, the Trump insurgency is minority "within the fort." What is carrying Trump is almost entirely public popularity in defiance to the party. Long overdue, so happy to see it happening.

How much of a minority is open to question. The GOPe fort has high walls and a narrow gate. They want to control all the rest of us serfs outside the walls. Trump's appeal extends beyond the normal GOP voter. He is resonating beyond partisan lines. Trump is threatening to remake the GOP, which is not a bad thing. Trump is not a conservative. He is a populist and nationalist uncontrolled by the political class and their donors. Frightening stuff for many.

I have had just about enough of this douche bag Erick Erickson.

He doesn't speak for me.

I am going to vote for the Republican nominee. I hope it is Trump. If not, I'm going to vote for whoever is up against Hillary.

I used to say that promise held for everyone but Jeb Bush, but now I'm adding a caveat. I will not vote for Mitt Romney, either.

The conman meme is floated with the Trump U, hiring illegals, and tangentailly, bankruptcies stories. He is also held out as a social issues conman, with claims that he supports PP, is against the 2nd amendment, and is against freedom of (truthful) speech.

Same stuff, different day, new label (conman) to slap on over the top.
