WHO IS PARTICIPATING IN THE DEBATE? Retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson; U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas; Ohio Gov. John Kasich; U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida, and businessman Donald Trump.
WHO IS MODERATING THE DEBATE? Wolf Blitzer of CNN will moderate the debate. Telemundo's Maria Celeste Arrarás, conservative talk radio host Hugh Hewitt and CNN's Chief Political Correspondent Dana Bash will also ask questions of the candidates.
HOW DID THE QUALIFY FOR THE DEBATE? Candidates needed to file a statement of candidacy with the Federal Election Commission, be actively campaigning for the Republican nomination and meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Have received support from at least 5 percent of those who attended the Republican Iowa caucuses.
- Have received at least 5 percent of the overall vote in the New Hampshire primary.
- Receive at least 5 percent of the overall vote in the South Carolina primary.
- Receive at least 5 percent support in the Nevada caucuses.

CNN came out of the box asking questions that demanded personal confrontations with other candidates.
CNN did not want a real debate. It wanted a farce.
fyi cubans is not a race .cuba is a country with a culture . but cruz and rubio are white and most cubans are so your use of the race card a liberal ugly tatic is learned from liberal smear tatics. Muslims are a religion not a race .

We have been a country of relative liberties because we have believed in the consciousness of God, rather than nanny states, to take care of most such moral issues.
It might be good for Christians to talk like Christians again. I don’t find anything like this in the New Testament.

Both CRUZ and RUBIO are DESPERATE and are going to turn even more people off.
It is obvious to the average viewer that everyone is ganging up on Trump. And it will only make viewers support Trump more.

Please read my posting history. I’m not faking. I can’t vote for anyone on the stage. I decided. I’ll vote for the Republican nominee. I was strongly Cruz, then leaning Trump. Both are deeply flawed. One thing is for sure, I can’t vote for someone who supports Planned Parenthood, even if he misunderstands what they do.
Its funny. I was told by plenty of Trump supporters I had plenty of time to pick a candidate when I left the Cruz camp.

Doesn’t it, though? I wish they’d give him a Townhall moment to articulate it. I hate that freaking buzzer. And competition across state lines on insurance is also needed. But if 0bamacare last much longer, we will only be left with 2 insurance companies nationwide at the rate they’re consolidating...
