Well duh. Even I’ll give Cruz this one.
There is going to be a problem with Sen. Ted Cruz which will simply give ammo to the Dems and that is about the issue of him being born in Canada.
But Americans LOVE a winner and right now, Trump is ahead.
Sen. Cruz needs to draw crowds and SOON, this is a drawing power of the Donald.
Sorry, but Cruz did work with him. I sure didn't.
At his worst, Roberts is a million times better than Donald Trump’s sister, who Trump declared would make an excellent US Supreme Court Justice.
And yet with no paper trail, Ted was certain Roberts was a “constitutional conservative.”... And was wrong.

As important as immigration is to me, who sits on the SCOUS, how they see the rights of unborn children, and other fundamental rights giving to us by God, like freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and the right to bare arms, top immigration as far as I'm concerned.
If a nation can't protect the weakest and most innocent of Americans, those unborn children in their mother's womb, but allow and even advocate this horrid and demonic activity, that puts the Holocaust to shame, then how in hell can we expect God, let alone a flawed mortal man like Trump to protect our borders, or any of the freedom's and liberties we cherish, that were paid for with the blood sweat and tears of those brave military men and women who served and are still serving?
If any one thinks Donald Trump is the greatest American since George Washington, they are just as delusional as the Obama worshipers who thought he was a Messiah, who could walk on water, and would turn the whole world into another Garden Of Eden.
You want to see some Americans who are truly greater than Trump could ever hope to be, than visit a military base, a VA hospital, or American Legion post, then talk to and shake hands with some Americans who did great acts of heroism and courage at the cost of their own bodies and health and see what being a great American is all about. Btw these people I'm talking about, are usually the most humble among us, and get kind of embarrassed when you praise them too much, even though they are more than worthy and deserving of all the praise and honor they can get.
All we seem to get from Trump is a lot of chest thumping, cheesy one liners, platitudes, and a truckload of promises, kind of reminiscent of Obama’s first presidential campaign.
We already have an emperor want to be, we don't need another.

What I find horrendous is the attack on Thomas Sowell by so called conservatives who are Trumpsters and other conservative publications. They are crazy to tear down the sources of the only true conservative reporting.
Last week on a long Hannity interview, he was asked about the Justices he liked and would be models for his appointments.
His answer: Scalia and Thomas.
And this was a couple of days before Scalia died.

Trump also said that Bill Pryor and a lady named Sikes(?) were his choices. They are among America's top conservative judges. Jeff Sessions said that Trump hit a homer with him when he announced Bill Pryor.
You know, Lakeshark, people wonder why Trump keeps getting stronger despite all this opposition.
I think it's because he gets hit with this kind of easily refuted untruth, and it makes people take his side over an unfair attack.
I saw an attack today based on how he claimed to have slept around when he was young, during the Vietnam era, I think. He said he was lucky not to have contracted an STD.
The problem with that line of attack is that it's so easily demonstrated that they are selectively outraged. It's a 'mistake' if someone they like is unfaithful. It's a 'crime of the first order' if it's someone they don't like.
The most substantive, policy based attack on Trump so far has been on eminent domain. They could probably go after him on when life begins, but they're too busy stating mistruths about his plans for Planned Parenthood. (He's ok if it's an organization that does NOT do abortions.)
Now that you took your best shot...Trump has supported conservative causes for his entire life. You only show one side of his comment record. And what you refer to as support are only comments he has made in interviews and not actual votes. So I take him at his word that he will deliver on the promises he is making during the campaign.
Yes, again, this is a recording, Cruz wrote a piece in support of his president after Bush had nominated Roberts...which was 7 years before Cruz reached the senate...
The operative word there is nothing. Trump has created 10's of thousand of American jobs too, but that all goes over the head of zealots when they can use cutesy little petty photo's.
Trump named two conservative judges,in the last debate, for SCOTUS. Trump was worried about the passing of Scalia and said “delay delay delay” the nomination for replacement. If he wanted a progressive he would have said confirm Obama’s pick which he didn’t. Trump is no progressive and no Democrat wants him to win. That is why President Obama attacked him at his presser.

How many people work for him here in the USA?

My original point was against the poster trying to slam Trump because he does business overseas.

IF Obama nominates his first choice, Srikanth Srinivasan, the Senate/TEd Cruz is screwed because all the GOP senate voted to confirm him before.
Ted Cruz voted to confirm Obama’s favorite for Scotus, Srikanth Srinivasan to another court.
Cruz, who clerked with Srinivasan at the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, quipped, “I am hopeful that our friendship will not be seen as a strike against you by some.”
As if Cruz pushing John Roberts off on us wasn’t enough.
