I saw an attack today based on how he claimed to have slept around when he was young, during the Vietnam era, I think. He said he was lucky not to have contracted an STD.
The problem with that line of attack is that it's so easily demonstrated that they are selectively outraged. It's a 'mistake' if someone they like is unfaithful. It's a 'crime of the first order' if it's someone they don't like.
