Judge Cinderela Guevara, also known as Cindy Rice Guevara, is the judge who announced Justice Antonin Scalia's cause of death without seeing his body or ordering an autopsy. Who is Judge Guevara? Why did she decide an autopsy wasn't necessary? Has she done anything like this before? Guevara was a justice of the peace for 25 years before being elected as Presidio County's first female county judge. One of her past cause of death rulings for a different case also generated quite a bit of controversy

Why would the family agree to an autopsy knowing it would come back as murder by the family?

Uncle is 70, he dies over night after being poisoned by the family.
You state it should be up to the family. Well of course the family is not going to do an autopsy are they?
So they get away with murder and that is why law enforcement and judges decide not the family who decides.

Make no mistake, if my dad was a justice, I would pay Michael Baden what ever he wanted, and he would be on the first flight to Texas. And I wouldn't let anyone stop it from happening.

It still does not explain much of what needs to be asked— at the very least was a blood draw done to check for heart attack enzymes and/or other potentials, including arrhythmia.
As far as I’m concerned...when someone works for me..IE Government employee...and ESPECIALLY someone with the status of a Supreme Court Justice. And there seems to be some odd declarations and circumstances.. The family comes second. Period.
But it's always follow the money.....
