Full Title: Poll: Should President Obama nominate someone to replace Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia?
While the sudden death of a Supreme Court justice is always noteworthy, the passing of Justice Antonin Scalia months before the 2016 presidential election has sparked a political debate.
The question is whether President Barack Obama, a Democrat, should nominate someone to replace the conservative Scalia on the high court, or just wait until the next president is elected in November.

If we roll the dice and lose both the White House and Senate, good luck on getting any kind of moderate.
BE LIKE A GOOD DEMOCRAT, AND VOTE MORE THAN ONCE.
no thank you your insults are only hurting your self...
Thank you for voting!
President Obama should leave it to the next president. 51.02%
President Obama should appoint someone this year. 48.98%
Ditto. Senate is the constitutional check valve for all Supreme appointments.
Obama should nominate, Senate should reject anyone not in Scalia’s strict constitutionalist mindset........then all is exactly as the founders intended.......
If Obama nominates a clone of Justice Scalia then fine. Otherwise, no dice.
It is a shock to hear JEB! say tonight on Hannity that Obomba should hold off submission when the first answer out of his mouth was one of indifference. Seeing the 2 Bushes together tonight makes a non-fan of the family grow stronger than before.
Under no circumstances should the uni-party approve any replacement until the new President is sworn in.
