Trump certainly sound like Obama when he was talking about George Bush. If there werenât WMDâs how did Saddam Hussein use them? Why did we keep finding left overs for many years to come? Yes, Saddam exaggerated what he had, but there was enough WMDâs to worry about. Plus I donât know anyone even on the liberal side that blames Bush for 9-11. That was just way off. This really could be Trumpâs downfall.
Check it out:
Donald Trump and Jeb Bush argue over Iraq, 9/11 and weapons of mass destruction at Saturday nightâs debate moderated by CBS News. Trump addresses comments in made in 2008 where he said he was not surprised then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi didnât try to impeach Bush over Iraq.
âThe World Trade Center came down during the reign of George Bush,â Trump said to a strong reaction from the audience. âThatâs not keeping us safe.â
âGeorge Bush made a mistake. We can make mistakes. But that one was a beauty. We should have never been in Iraq. We have destabilized the Middle East,â Trump said.
âYou call it whatever you want. I will tell you. They lied. They said there were weapons of mass destruction and there were none. And they knew there were none. There were no weapons of mass destruction,â Trump ripped Bush.

The only boy around here is you. Even if everything you say about Bush is true (and it isn’t) he’s still 10 times the man you will ever be.
Especially since the Clinton people, possibly on purpose, left the WH in a dismal mess. It took quite an effort and quite awhile to merely get it back into proper functioning order.
The whole thing took a long time to carry out. Longer than the time Bush was in office. The only possible thing Bush could have had to do with it if it were an inside inspired operation (not likely that it was) was to have given it his nod. It would have to have been on Clintons watch that most of it was planned and put into practice.
As an interesting side note is even the picture of Satan in the smoke of the TC looked amazingly like a cross between Clinton and Satan.
Any way you slice it Trump is on the wrong track.
More Trumpista revisionist history.
I admire your posts but you are wrong about this. Yellow cake (tons and tons) was taken out of Iraq in 2008.
Search it in Google. NYT article.
No, Saddam Hussein never did that: pure media hype.
He did, however, get the torturing and killing of prisoners on video. He and his family sat and watched it...and LAUGHED. He allowed THAT public airing. It was the most brutal, savage act that I ever saw--having his FAMILY (children included) watch that brutality and LAUGH.
I hope he's in a very HOT place with the Evil One for ETERNITY.
Agree, 100%
What about the measures and methods taken place before September 11th, 2001?
My argument is that it is completely understandable that a person who lost hundreds of friends on September 11th, 2001 would not particularly think that George W. Bush kept them safe.
I do a lot of walking along with reasonable weight lifting. Actually one doesn’t need lots of weight to tone up. Walking is great exercise and less stressful on the knees than running. So I stay fit with what I call a fairly lightweight exercises 3 times a week. I should do more but something is better than nothing.
Ooo, you really know how to hurt a guy. It's true but brutal.
There was a spooky element to 9/11, in that a breakfast presentation was set to discuss airplanes hitting skyscrapers-at the WTC.
When I heard that, I knew what the memo of Aug. 6th had to have really referred to.
We knew what it would be, but we didn’t know when.
Remember how the Clinton people, on the way out, stole the W key from all the White House keyboards?
I kept an Excel for awhile of the people in the ME who were executed (that I could find in the news). Uday was the worst. 36 in one day, and he WATCHED.
“Where do you think the terrorists we chased out of Afghanistan went?”
We didn’t chase them out. We killed them. And foreign terrorists came into Afghanistan, and we killed them too. Just as they had gone to Iraq, and died there.
They came because they could not allow us to be strong in a muslim country, and we killed them. Killing them overseas by the thousands instead of one by one in the USA. Works for me!
That’s crazy
You want to know how weirdly political these things get?
When the Montreal Expos moved to DC in 2005, they unveiled a red hat with the letter W on it. (they still use it.)
Red has become the “Republican color” and President Bush was known as “Dubya” or simply W.
People demanded to know why the Nationals had “Republican hats”.

Most certainly.
If Israeli intelligence had pics of the truck moving WMD from Iraq to Syria, would not the most sophisticated surveillance in the world not have also picked it up? We had that entire region under a spotlight 7x24.
Saddam HAD WMD, but moved them to Syria before the war. The US knew that and zapped Iraq anyway. And the same mindset permeates the Republican party today with it's full support for the removal of Egyptian, Libyan and Syrian regimes. It's even endemic to the Democrats.
Well than the correct response should have been Bill Clinton failed to deal with the emerging Al Quida threat which materialized on 9/11 under the Presidency of George W. Bush who than took every effort to keep Americans safe... Did you hear any of that or just another LIBERAL bashing a Conservative.... Did you not live through those years with Liberals doing everything in their power to destroy George W. Bush?
