It’s not every day that anti-war groups find themselves cheering on leading Republican presidential candidates. But, then again, this hasn’t been a presidential campaign that’s stuck to the script.
The morning after he called the Iraq War a huge misstep and argued that President George W. Bush lied to get the country into it, Donald Trump has earned praise from, of all places, Code Pink, the group best known for protesting the Iraq War and subsequent military interventions.
“I watched the debate last night and LOVED IT,†Code Pink co-founder Medea Benjamin said in an email.

I was a lurker during the last two cycles and remember the flame wars between differing factions.
I don’t think purges are particularly helpful to the site.

Pointing out that you have completely ignored Obama’s two terms in the White House, his series of complete foreign policy disasters, is not a violation of any rule on this site. Furthermore, pointing out the fact that your candidate was a registered Democrat or the fact that you’re blaming Bush for the rise of ISIS is not a some sort of personal attack although your candidate hurls them frequently. I’m stunned to see that Barack Obama’s foreign policy catastrophe gets shoved under the rug so Trump supporters can make his Howard Dean moment work.
Look, you have not addressed a single point in my reply. This is ankle biting: first rhyming, then a pseudo-religious dig, and now finally your unsubstantiated endorsement of liberalism being “sometimes right.” By all means, please defend Barack Hussein Obama’s foreign policy disasters.
