During tonight's CBS Republican presidential debate, Donald Trump was the only candidate to address the news that Carrier will be sending hundreds of American jobs to Mexico.
The GOP frontrunner said that under a President Trump, Carrier would stay and "build in the United States because we are killing ourselves with trade pacts that are no good for us and no good for our workers."
Video footage emerged yesterday, which went viral, capturing the anger and heartache of 1,400 Indianapolis workers who were informed that they soon would be out of work, as their company will be sending their jobs to Mexico. The New York Post described the video as "stomach-turning."
The company representative tried to quiet the crowd, as workers of different races and ethnicities cried out in outrage and despair. "Let's quiet down," the company representative said in the video.

As usual, Trump is focused on the right issues and is leading the nation on them.
Soon, someone will stop by and explain why 200 million of us have to pay higher taxes to save 1400 jobs.
Did he find them all new jobs?
Thanks for the poll data.
I appreciate those.
What have their unions done? What have their politicians done? What have they done on the job? A Company has to stay profitable. Unless we believe in socialism, the government does not own the jobs. The union does not own the jobs. Even the workers do not own the jobs. The company offers the jobs. If they are pressed with regulation and taxation and demands, if employees threaten to picket over every little thing....the company may decide to go to a more friendly environment. To force or coerce them to stay is socialism. To try to persuade them to stay is freedom.
and that’s why he’s winning. That video this week was a poignant view into the problems we face with lost jobs to foreigners. Trump seized on the event to tie a visual and emotional feeling with his platform. On the stage tonight, I think Cruz was the only other to seize on economic issues well in his tax answer, evoking small businesses and the path to personal and national economic growth.
Huh?
Yep, and Trump reiterating the wall is all the “debate” I needed. The rest of them, except for not-ready-for-prime-time Ben Carson, were full of crap.
And did you notice that disgraceful audience, which screamed like a bunch of teenage girls most of the night, sat mute when Trump mentioned the Carrier move to Mexico? Yeah, those GOPe jackasses really care about the working man all right.
Trump is winning Beck’s poll. The butt hurt will be strong at “The Blaze”.
Yeah the others will bloviate about someone being offended by something but thousands of workers laid off yawwnnnn

Amazing how Trump know what the country is thinking about Ford and Carrier leaving for Mexico.
Who are you, Simon Legree? Yeah, let’s send ALL of our jobs overseas in the name of some sort of Frankenstein Conservatism that is ideologically “pure” but everyone hates.
Jobs? We don’t need no stinkin jobs! The only thing that matters is the ideological purity of “true conservative principles”, whatever those are.
Planned Parenthood will murder more than 1400 babies this weekend.
Trump thinks Planned Parenthood does ‘great things.’
I think a few of them boo’d him.
Pray America wakes
As usual, Trump is focused on the right issues and is leading the nation on them.>> agree he may never be able to do it but he’s articulating the problems.

“Soon, someone will stop by and explain why 200 million of us have to pay higher taxes to save 1400 jobs.”
As usual, you hit the nail right on the head: jobs are a bad thing, especially in the United States, and the sooner we can send the rest of our jobs overseas, especially to Mexico and China, the better.
