Associate Justice Antonin Scalia was found dead of apparent natural causes Saturday on a luxury resort in West Texas, federal officials said.
Scalia, 79, was a guest at the Cibolo Creek Ranch, a resort in the Big Bend region south of Marfa. According to a report, Scalia arrived at the ranch on Friday and attended a private party with about 40 people. When he did not appear for breakfast, a person associated with the ranch went to his room and found a body.
U.S. District Judge Fred Biery said he was among those notified about Scalia's death.
"I was told it was this morning," Biery said of Scalia's death. "It happened on a ranch out near Marfa. As far as the details, I think it's pretty vague right now as to how," he said. "My reaction is it's really unfortunate with any death. And now, politically, in the presidential cycle we're in my educated guess is nothing will happen before the next president is elected."

In 2005 when I was mew to FR I supported Roberts despite the warnings about him. But I was 23 and things were going good in life so I thought I knew everything.

Not even Jesus could heal those without faith. The nation has to repent and yield to His healing power.

Well, this
should fall under the aegis of the local coroner, and a full autopsy and toxicology report would be made available. If you see any quick movement by the Obama Regime to shroud it or otherwise interfere, you can pretty much assume that they're trying to sweep something under the rug.

Nomination: The President announces a nomination to the Senate.
Nomineeâs Paperwork: The nominee completes paperwork concerning finances and personal background.
FBI Investigation: The FBI probes the nomineeâs criminal history, if any.
All of this can be expedited tremendously. The financial paperwork may well already be done. I am sure McConnell already has a deal with the Sultan.

The court had only 8 justices from July 1, 1987 to Feb 3, 1988 while the Bork and then A. Kennedy appointments were being thrashed out. There will be NO appointments until the next president.
You are CORRECT!

A good demorat will never let a crisis go to waste. Obama will try to fill it with one his socialist/marxist cronies and if the Senate concedes without a fight it will be political hell.

I am very sorry to hear that. My condolences to his family. I can't help but be disheartened right now because Obama will now swing the court full left. My heart breaks for the unborn because Roe vs. Wade will likely stand for many, many years now. The liberals are showing the usual class they show in these situations. I have always offered condolences and haven't gloated when one of theirs has died because beyond politics, there is a common humanity we share. This is from a black liberal site. Look at these horrible comments. These are others like this:
YAS!!! GLORY TO GOD! HIS EVIL ASS HEART GAVE OUT ON HIM. Barack can pick a new justice before he leaves, this is everything. BYE BITCH!
Good. That low down dirty muthaf***a was insulting black intelligence the last time I saw him. ***Spits on his grave and memory***. Who's got next Barack? How about a black woman?

Just heard how he wasn't feeling good last night, how come he didn't go see a doctor? Same reason you or I don't go running to a doctor every time we are feeling under the weather. I remember my dad saying he felt "tired" and went and laid down. It was the last thing he ever said.

He healed the soldier’s daughter, and she didn’t have faith.
Her father did, but she, herself, wasn’t involved in the healing.
