That sounds as dangerous as in Iraq. No policeman should be patroling alone in that area. No exceptions!

Thank God. Been a rough neighborhood as long as I’ve been around. Chitwood is a good guy, been serving in that area a long time. Thankful to see an armed citizen come to the aid of the police officers.

That’s why God invented drum magazines... For just such an emergency...
Besides, I thought all cops carried 12g riot guns and/or AR15s in their cruisers now...?

This story is out of Pennsylvania, so my inclination is to believe Amish youths were likely involved.
That said, how long before the Good Samaritan is charged with a crime, sued, loses his job, or is otherwise negatively impacted over this episode?

Two thought. First, this show the line “no one needs and automatic weapon” to be a lie. Second, why did the “kids” listen to an armed home owner and not an armed cop. I think the “he didn’t point the weapon” statement may have been for the home owner’s legal benefit.

The REAL crooks wear ties and attend dinners.
Their only real concern is getting enough $$$ to buy the next election.

I understand the capitol expenses involved, but 4000 in one school is way too many. USNA has only slightly more than that at a given time...and we had Marine guards!
