The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday delivered a major blow to President Barack Obama by blocking federal regulations to curb carbon dioxide emissions from power plants, the centerpiece of his administration's strategy to combat climate change.
On a 5-4 vote, the court granted a request made by 27 states and various companies and business groups to block the administration's Clean Power Plan. The move means the regulations will not be in effect while litigation continues over whether their legality.

I’d love to see them review and reverse their decision several years ago that carbon dioxide is a pollutant.

True, but it is the title of the article. Yeah, I was referring to that title, not you.

Article 3, section 2
.....the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.
CONGRESS IS ALLOWING ALL OF IT, they could stop all the nonsense overnight by adding:
“The supreme Court SHALL Remain Silent on this issue”\
To all legislation they so desire

A stay of execution is a lot better than an execution.
Like when Hillarycare was defeated. At least it gave us a 20-year postponement of the gov’t forcing us to buy it.

5-4 which is why no matter who the nominee is we have to vote Republican.
No more. The lesser of two evils is still evil. Voting for it got us Souter and then Roberts.
I'd rather see the entire system implode now than continue this slow death of the Bill of Rights over generations as the young don't understand and will not fight for those rights lost they never enjoyed.
Half of the population are sheeple who don't remember pre-9/11 we weren't treated like convicted criminals when going to the airport.

Assuming the corrupt Uniparty quislings McConnell and Ryan would permit such a provision, I have no doubt that Chief Injustice Roberts would declare that portion of any legislation unconstitutional after a little bathroom stall quality time with Obama.
