Odd that this article mentions the (higher) turn outs as they related to (presumed) Rubio or CRuz or Hitlery or Sanders voters....and that they fail to mention the precincts/or the SECOND highest delegate earner, Trump.

Scientifically inexact. The company could not tell how individual caucus goers came down by candidate but could determine, in counties decisively ‘won’ by certain candidates, the dominant online behaviors of attendees.
This is not new.

Tracking cell phones and intercepting their calls are two very different things.
As a practical matter, intercepting cell phone calls does not require a warrant. Cell phones are two way radios and anyone can with the right equipment can listen in.

This is a very short thread, but anyone who reads it, and is still for Cruz is NOT a conservative. I wrote Cruz off last spring when I did some careful research. I don’t know why so few FReepers fail to do their own research, when every candidate has an easily traceable history. Also, it is easy to find out who OWNS every candidate.
