Unfortunately, there is a pattern developing with Cruz. You see, I like Steyn, am choking on the foul stench of sleaze. If you want to go back to the beginning with Cruz, you need to see how conveniently he has changed his mind on the issue of POTUS eligibility. I know this article has been posted here before, but not in the context of the recent campaign deceptive practices. I hope I do not have to spell out to you how damning the quoted statement by Cruz is in this article.

There is only one way to end the corruption: OUTLAW CAREER POLITICIANS. That means term limits and the only way to get term limits on Washington politicians is through an Article V. Convention of States.
Once a politicians gets elected, the prime directive becomes: GET THE MONEY TO GET RE-ELECTED. Once the money is acquired, the politician is bought and special interests supersede the common good. If a politician cannot get re-elected, that eliminates the most important source of corruption infecting our entire political system. CAREER POLITICIANS ARE KILLING US. Electing a Republican President will help, but it’s not enough. We need to reassert the Constitution. A balanced budget amendment and repeal to the 17th Amendment would help tremendously as well.

I’m with Mark Steyn. The corruption is now in every agency of the US govt. Not just the DOJ and IRS. Its everywhere like a cancer. Everything rots from the head down.
We have a revenue agency that regards itself as the paramilitary wing of the ruling party.
If Jebbie and his Mom want to get a few votes they could talk about the above rather than throwing worthless platitudes at us... Talk about the abject corruption of elites Jebbie... do something for your country that's needed NOW...
