Just order the Cervix Slammer. Vodka and cranberry juice garnished with the pink pill.

Well of course! You don’t have to worry about what happens to them once they are aborted! /s

Whatever happened to: “Keep the Government out of my uterus!!??”

In reality, Fed.gov has moved in, put down a cement pad, and set up an ideological command-center there, ladies.

Uh, how about everyone stop consuming alcohol? It is known to destroy brain cells.

Thought they were warning women that alcohol without birth control would lead to pregnancy.

This is ridiculous. Fermented foods have small amounts of alcohol and are perfectly fine for all ages. Fruit salad from yesterday has some.

In Switzerland I was told by my obstetrician while pregnant to limit alcohol to one or two glasses of wine with dinner while pregnant. (I can’t tolerate alcohol so it wasn’t an issue).

Many moms were drinking while they got pregnant or before the test went +. As well as on medications, etc. the important thing is to watch what goes into the body once you test + for pregnancy.

Oh, and don’t get vaccines. The juxtaposition of these two stories is jarring in today’s Krazy World. In early 2015, Brazil mandated the controversial heavy multiple vaccine Tdap for pregnant women, and in summer the cases of microcephaly started to rise exponentially. But now a woman shouldn’t have a sip of alcohol, a naturally occurring substance since time began, BEFORE she conceives??

“While, 3 in 4 women who want to get pregnant as soon as possible report drinking alcohol.”

Well drinking alcohol is a pretty good method of winding up pregnant!

The pill is the devil. If it wasn’t about sex, it would never have been FDA approved.

I had 5 in the 60s.

We drank on occasion and smoked often, even when pregnant..

No baby health problems and LOTS of babies.

CDC cautions women about drinking alcohol while not on birth control

Makes sense.

Fewer pregnancies that way.

In other news, paramedics were called to the CDC this morning to address a not uncommon problem there...

Babies born with Alcohol Syndrome have a real problem, however a woman has to drink a lot over the whole pregnancy in order for the baby to be affected adversely.

But what gets me is that they are insistent that women shouldn't do stuff that could possibly harm their baby, but then convince them that abortion is the best option.

I’ve always wondered about the effects on children conceived by their parents who were drinking and/or using drugs.

Question #1: Why should pregnant women avoid alcohol?
Government response: It could hurt the bab!!!

Question #2: Why is abortion no big deal?
Government response: [shrug] It’s just a blob of cells. It’s not like there’s a baby involved or anything ...

I’m pregnant. I’ve had a mimosa (Christmas morning) and a small red wine on my birthday. Pretty sure my baby is just a-ok.

This to me smells like a method to peddle abortions.

It is a serious problem but the answer is not birth control. It is about education and self control.
