I am a Tea party coordinator who stopped listening to Rush because he is late to the game. Where was he when we were fighting Common Core ,Agenda 21,Regionalism in his county, and all the other issues that are part of the New World order his friend George H Bush wanted.Rubio 7 bills in the state house he blocked from going to the floor on e-verify and other immigration enforcement bills. He appointed Harvey Ruvin to the climate advisory task force who sits on the board of ICLEI.We vetted all candidates is a private setting including Allen West put them on tape but Rubio refused. We chased him 16 times he would never answer a question.All I his staff comes from the Bush/Cheney/Romney establishment who want open borders. ENOUGH OF RUSH!! He is a closet RINO

It’s called compromise and is a slippery road. Necessary if you want to be successful.
We conservatives have allowed the left to control the education system for 50 years. Then we act surprised when the country turns left. Many younger people don’t know history or even the basics of conservatism. We allowed the left to control the message which paints us as evil.
Then we sit back and whine about having crappy candidates who do things to appeal to large voting blocks. Voting blocks which have more political power than conervatives.
I think Rubio is too naive to be President. He’d make a good puppet.
My wife and I do appreciate his ability to be as polished as he is. He speaks very well and delivers better than Ted or Donald.

That is defining down conservatism to such a strict personal interpretation that it gets down to very few people. So few that it would have been lucky to impact a county commissioner race, much less a national movement. We can’t be irrational about these things.

When you get down to it - Rubio was just “doing a DEAL” with the dems, right? If Trump ever were to be elected he will be doing his own deals on all sorts of crap including immigration ... or at least that is what he tells us.
Not on this issue. We already have laws regarding illegal immigrants. No need to make any deals, just follow the law.
