Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee (R) has suspended his campaign, he announced on Twitter Monday night.

Cruz won!
Go Cruz!
I honestly believe that is what some of them are doing. It does raise one’s profile immensely.
We’ll see what happens in NH!
He pardoned a man who found Jesus. Then that man went to Washington State and gunned down 4 police officers in a coffee shop. Huckabee might be a nice guy, but being able to see the evil in the world is important to being a leader.
RINOs stick together. He will be the ultimate joke if he endorses the anti-Christian.
ROFLMAO!
He is, but he has little combativeness, a little of which is expected.
I think some of them will go Cruz, but not all
Don’t forget Texas.
I plan to caucus for Cruz here.
Lots of electoral votes. Depending on how Rubio does, Cruz will probably get the lion’s share. My guess at this point is 100 of the 155 votes. Trump probably gets the rest. Unless Rubio can eke out more than the threshold of 20%.
Important state.
I bet money Mike Huckabee will be supporting Trump now. God Speed Mike, I am sure God still has plans for you.
Huckabee did the right thing here.
May God bless him and his family!
I think so too!
We’ll see what happens in NH and SC first!
O’Malley is being hasty, he still has a glimer. The chances are not good at all that Hilly will get indicted but it’s not totally impossible, the DNC would need an alternative to Sanders in that instance and he’s already on the ballot.
Kind of like Prince Harry’s chances of being King of England, remote, but extant.
As to Huck, bye bye, pig. Have fun hawking fake cancer treatments full time.
Calling him a pig is bit trashy.
Perhaps so.
But him hawking fake diabetes cures and fake cancer treatments was EXTREMELY trashy, so were his attacks on Cruz (and on Walker before he quit, he was mad Walker tried to horn in on “his” Kim Davis issue). He’s a loathsome man, so forgive me for calling him a name.
Bush, Fiorina, Kasich, Huckabee, Christie, Santorum, and Gilmore all won zero delegates tonight. Pretty much there’s zero reason for any of them to stay in the race.
I’m curious to see where Rand Paul’s daddy’s supporters went. They’ve been strangely quiet in this election cycle and little Rand only got 1 delegate. Shouldn’t they be out screaming at the top of their lungs that Trump is an Islamophobic neo-con and Cruz is a globalist NAZI who wants to start World War III? They’re usually on all over the internet to troll online polls and harass supporters of non-Paul candidates. It’s pleasant not having to listen to it this election cycle.
O’Malley is doing pitiful as well (0.5%), but I’d agree on him staying in, because the RAT field only has two other candidates and one of them (Sanders) is a socialist nutcase who isn’t even a real Democrat. Your scenario that the Dems would need a backup candidate in the event Hillary collapses is plausible. The powers-that-be in Dem establishment ain’t gonna take Sanders unless they have to.
Looks like the Hilderbeast vs. Senile communist race is too close to call. Might be like the NM RAT primary from 2008: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Mexico_Democratic_primary,_2008
8 years ago, Hilderbeast was struggling against a wet-behind-the-ears first term Senator with zero accomplishments, now she’s struggling against a wild-eyed elderly communist that isn’t even a member of the party he’s running in. Hildy is just Ms. Popularity, isn’t she?
is A bit trashy.
Hilderbeast needs to go home and bake cookies for her granddaughter and never be heard of again.
It was Cruz who he tried to horn in on the Kim Davis issue. Walker already had dropped out. I was upset about that too, but figure there is a lot we are not told. Still, I believe Huckabee is a good man and is not a pig. A pig describes Hillary.
