They want to see how Hillary does in Iowa and NH — only then will the judge be able to determine the seriousness of the charges.
Joe Biden eagerly awaits the ruling.
Or threats?
So this is a Civil case?
Does the judge take bribes?
On July 28, 2011, President Barack Obama nominated Contreras to fill a vacancy on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.[3] He would replace Judge Ricardo M. Urbina who took senior status in 2011. On October 4, 2011, the Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing on his nomination and on October 3, 2011, reported his nomination to the floor of the Senate.
“Judge Sets Hearing Date in Hillary Clinton E-mail Case”
Should read, “...sets date to dismiss HC email case...”
Appointed by Obama. So...yeah...it's likely.
Yes...civil case fo release of e-mail doc’s.
Let us hope the Judge has enough integrity to overlooks the fact she is a woman and a Socialist Democrat.
Obama appointee.
either way, its patently obvious that the D’s cannot run Hillary unless they want to punt the election (at the top level and probably at all levels beneath, too)
I bet they’ll run Biden, since he’s right there ... but maybe they’ll find someone else (easier to sell to the voters)
These hearings are worthless. The obly way we will be rid of this evil Wiccan Marxist is if we get a President Trump or Cruz to issue an executive order or carry out a covert action to have her executed.
It's all about power. The other stuff you mention is of academic interest, at best.
That is what you call a forlorn hope.
“...Joe Biden eagerly awaits the ruling...”
Heard today that the deadline for registering as a candidate has expired...Biden (or anyone new) would have to be a “write-in” candidate...
The fix is in. Hillary will be “vindicated”
Why isn’t there a special prosecutor? Shouldn’t there be one?
“Let us hope the Judge has enough integrity to overlooks the fact she is a woman and a Socialist Democrat.”
Bad news, the judge is a Socialist Democrat also.
