Heard today that the deadline for registering as a candidate has expired...Biden (or anyone new) would have to be a “write-in” candidate...

Cruz is kicking butt. Hillary is kicking butt. Hillary will be the next president. That was decided in 2008 when she accepted the SOS job and campaigned for Obama.
