either way, its patently obvious that the D’s cannot run Hillary unless they want to punt the election (at the top level and probably at all levels beneath, too)
I bet they’ll run Biden, since he’s right there ... but maybe they’ll find someone else (easier to sell to the voters)
biden is the default position. actually, he is evidence the election is conceded
