“When they see the pay and bennies in the private sector they will change their tune.”
Even worse: They might have to WORK in the private sector.
I know, you just can’t trust those celebrities to keep their word. For instance, 16 years ago, Cher said that if Bush were elected, old people would have to eat dog food. Then Bush was elected, so I figured I had better get my aged mother a can of dog food. She refused to eat it.
Wow! Ya mean that many are worried that they may be caught with their hands in the cookie jar or that they are really low performers? Quit now before “YOU’RE FIRED”.
And 100% of them are full of it...
Of course they wouldnt
That would make it a lot easier to reduce the size of government.
Sounds wonderful.
Just keep wearing that bullet proof jacket Trump.
Great.
25% down and 55% to go. Great start.
The miraculous 80% downsizing of the feds to their legitimate constitutional size and functions.
I honestly wonder of Trump realizes one of his main goals to Make America Great Again is to do just the OPPOSITE of what he has done in business. NOT to build an empire, but to TEAR DOWN the 80%+ unconstitutional empire of this $4 trillion federal government beast.
He’s got to use his skills for political goals that are directly opposite that of his business goals.
They lie, however it won’t be a bad thing since the civil service is full of unhelpful, unwanted, and useless garbage people.
A good start.
Or...they hire the dumbest of the dumbest!
The headline says 25% WOULD QUIT if Trump becomes president. Then it says 67% would not even think about it. Then it says 14% would definitely quit while 11% would consider quitting. Man, you have to be pretty good at basic math to understand the press. And obviously, this reporter isn’t very good at basic math.
The look on these leftist celebrities faces would be PRICELESS..their reaction would be “No No, when I say free tuition for everyone I mean the Govt pays for it, not me, I earned that money reading scripts and stuff, besides, Im not rich Im middle class.”
They quit right after Alec Baldwin and Whoopi and Rosie leave the country.
Isn’t it amazing that these people think anyone gives a damn if they leave the country or quit their government jobs.
The first thing he should say after being sworn in is “I want to see 25% of the federal workers’ resignation letters on my desk by the end of the day.”
I am lower middle, sometimes think peasant class, but to see their faces would be priceless.
Most of the federal employees are democrats. More likely they’ll stick around and become saboteurs to any republican administration.
Celebrities never consider themselves wealthy. Look at Michael Moore going on and on about how health care should be free and tuition should be free, meanwhile he is worth over a 100 million dollars, he has 6 houses, let’s see him give up 90 percent of HIS wealth to give to the folks. He also wants refugees to come here to the US, fine, let them stay at one of his many houses
