Carly spanks Fox for daring to challenge Santorum on his commitment to the pro-life movement.
I hear you...and totally understand...
I think about the belief that Satan (whoooo!) will not come to us as a demon but in an attractive persona...
Looks are not what we vote for...
Content of character is most important....
Yeah, it was absurd for Fox to try to needle Santo on that.
I tuned in late, but was a pretty decent debate.
I’d take any one of them over Jeb.
maybe she cut a deal with Obama to not be indicted....Lerner walked too

MEDIA ACE HELPS BUSH CAMPAIGN
Seattle Post-Intelligencer (WA) (Published as Seattle Post-Intelligencer) - May 31, 1988
Author/Byline: Jill Lawrence The Associated Press
Ailes also coached Bush for this year’s GOP debates and suggested that he call Pete du Pont by his given name of ‘’Pierre,’’ a tactic that nonplussed the former Delaware governor during a live broadcast. And Ailes made a TV ad that Bush aides credit with helping the vice president defeat Sen. Bob Dole in New Hampshire, the turning point of his drive for the nomination.
Ailes was depicted as an enfant terrible - cynical, foul-mouthed and unerring in his perceptions - in Joe McGinnis’ book, ‘’The Selling of the President 1968.’’

WHO’S AFRAID TO LET BUSH DEBATE
Dallas Morning News, The (TX) (Published as The Dallas Morning News) - August 29, 1988
Author/Byline: CARL ROWAN
Republican presidential nominee George Bush has walked away from scheduled debates against Democratic nominee Michael Dukakis on Sept. 8 in Birmingham, Ala., and Sept. 14 in Annapolis, Md.
This is because powerful forces within the Bush campaign fear any debate with Massachusetts Gov. Dukakis, while others argue that the vice president would look pathetic if he ran from face-to-face confrontations with Mr. Dukakis, who has been described by one Bush consultant as “the best debater in the land.’
Sometimes, only insomniacs know the truth about decisions to debate or not debate. I just happened to be up working in the wee hours of a recent morning when I heard Charlie Rose, the host of CBS’ Nightwatch, do an incredible interview with Roger Ailes, Mr. Bush’s media adviser and debate coach. Mr. Bush’s canceling of two important debates will be “understood’ if you read the following transcript from the program:
Mr. Ailes: “Dukakis is the dirtiest campaigner in America. . . . ‘
Mr. Rose: “How many debates do you want to see George Bush engage in?’
Mr. Ailes: “None!’
Mr. Rose: “So you’re the guy who’s keeping George Bush from committing to debates?’
Mr. Ailes: “I didn’t say that.’
Mr. Rose: “Why don’t you want any debates?’
Mr. Ailes: “Because Michael Dukakis is supposed to be the best debater in America. He took two years off, learned how to do it, did a television program called The Advocates, sat there like a narcissistic little fellow. . . . ‘
Mr. Rose: “So you’ve got a guy who wants to be the next president of the United States, and you’re not willing to have him go mano a mano. . . . ‘
Mr. Ailes: “I didn’t say I wasn’t willing to. I didn’t say there wouldn’t be debates. There will be debates. And I’m sure he’ll (Mr. Bush) be happy to debate. . . . You asked me whether I wanted debates. I said no!’
Mr. Rose: “You don’t because you don’t think your guy will do well?’
Mr. Ailes: “I don’t know how well he’d do. But you’re in the ring with the toughest debater in America, and a guy who never admits he’s done anything wrong, and a guy who doesn’t tell the truth. When you debate someone like that, you’ve got a problem.’

Hello Brothers...looking so forward to hearing the candidates tonight.....missed the first half because of work, ..anxious to see how the rest plays out....
I like Fiorina and she’s fair. Poor Santorum made himself look silly by saying that he didn’t go because the weather was bad (like it wasn’t bad for Fiorina?) but she was generous to him.
Carly won.
They must not do enough research before they ask the questions...unless they are reading questions from interns
I do not dislike Carly.
But yeah, it’s like a horse’s face.
And the deliciousness of Trump destroying a competitor with two words is amazing.
But I do think she’s sharp, and talented, and has a future in politics.
Fr is so much quieter today. Feels like around 3am, nobody fighting, sniping, throwing eggs or dirty socks, kinda weird.
Carly talks a good game but her history of success is not a good one.
He couldn’t pull it off. Not the right temperament.

Matthew 5:22
But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother shall be guilty before the court; and whoever says to his brother, âYou good-for-nothing,â shall be guilty before the supreme court; and whoever says, âYou fool,â shall be guilty enough to go into the fiery hell.
It’s good to hear reasonable answers about issues.
Isn’t that the truth!
