Yes, her network had stood by her. Yes, some think her archrival - the leading Republican presidential contender - is a Neanderthal. But Megyn Kelly of Fox News, who learned today she will be stood up by Donald Trump at a debate she is moderating Thursday in Des Moines, had a rough day.
"Megyn Kelly is a hack," one critical Twitter comment read. Donald Trump "is exposing her and the network for what it is ... A liberal shill."
Enter Michael Moore - a man unlikely to shore up Kelly's bona fides among conservatives. The liberal gadfly was on "The Kelly File" on Tuesday evening to promote a new film and weigh in on the ongoing water crisis in Flint, Mich., his home town.
But after Kelly introduced Moore's "Where to Invade Next?" - in which, as Kelly put it in an opening that probably made many Fox viewers' skin crawl, "Moore travels through Europe to highlight what he believes to be America's shortfalls"

Fox News and Google have invited three YouTube personalities to ask questions at the Jan. 28 GOP debate - including a Muslim advocate who describes Donald Trump as a bigot and who visually portrayed him as being in agreement with national socialist Adolf Hitler.

My guess is that Trump realized he had milked the debate thing as much as he could and was planning to skip this one. The Megan Kelly angle was just more of his great showmanship. Sort of a “never let a skank go to waste” moment.
FOX has gone to the dark side. I now block that channel (and also MSNBC and MTV) from my cable lineup.

Michael Moore says the US knocked down its own World Trade Center. And he is Kelly’s leadoff batter after Trump stiffed Fox.

The words “Michael Moore” and “weigh in” in the same sentence are amusing.
Michael Moore? Megyn Kelly? Sadly, Team Cruz really is sleeping with the enemy.
She is also having Brit Hume, from his bunker, on almost every night. So between the morbidly obese guy and the one who looks like a basset hound, she’s got a lot of support going on.

Why would Kelly give credibility to Michael Moore?

Have to admit, you can’t really blame Trump for boycotting this debate.
No wonder Trump is skipping this Rat fest hosted by the television branch of the "Against Trump" media. Kelly is Brits' go to Ho. I stopped watching Fox News after the first disgusting "debate" where is was obvious the entire "debate" was an ambush designed to take out Trump.
