In a rapidly intensifying back-and-forth between Fox News Channel and the campaign of Republican frontrunner Donald Trump, the network Tuesday night accused Trump's campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski of threatening FNC host and debate moderator Megyn Kelly.
In a statement, a Fox News spokesperson said "in a call on Saturday with a Fox News executive, Lewandowski stated that Megyn had a 'rough couple of days after that last debate' and he 'would hate to have her go through that again.' Lewandowski was warned not to level any more threats, but he continued to do so. We can't give in to terrorizations toward any of our employees."

Yeah. Fox is in WAY over their heads.
That will happen in an organizations when relationships are other than business relationships.
That was my same reaction. What threat? MK is falling apart and so is Fox. By now they are realizing how much money they are losing and what kind of a media disaster this is for Fox.
MK really is a lightweight.
When all else fails, play the ‘threatened’ card.
Fox should be forced to identify the person who made the claims. Probably some intern.

Megyn Kelly hates Trump. She shouldn’t be the moderator.
Trump got biased moderators booted from other debates (National Review, NH Union, etc).
Fox is just another network. They can host their debate with Jeb! and the mailman.
Trump will have his own event and all the other networks will carry it live.
Disgusting. time to boycott all their shows. Let them lose Pfizer and WalMart and have to give My Pillow and MesoLaw discounts.

Meagan Kelly should not be moderating. she has violated some very basic journalistic fundamentals in my opinion.
When she starts a “Conservatives against Trump” group...that’s fine for her as a private citizen, but that end any pretense of true journalism regarding the campaign.
This is simply an OH $hit, CYA statement. Levin and the usual hacks are pimping the story. Notice there are not a lot of details in the accusation? Less meat for an attorney to go after. A safe CYA to save face and gain pity. There is a firestorm on Twitter and Fox isn’t looking too good.
