The FBI is investigating whether members of Hillary Clinton’s inner circle "cut and pasted" material from the government's classified network so that it could be sent to her private e-mail address, former State Department security officials say.

"It takes a very conscious effort to move a classified e-mail or cable from the classified systems over to the unsecured open system and then send it to Hillary Clinton's personal e-mail account," said Raymond Fournier, a veteran Diplomatic Security Service special agent. "That's no less than a two-conscious-step process."
He says it's clear from some of the classified e-mails made public that someone on Clinton's staff essentially "cut and pasted" content from classified cables into the messages sent to her. The classified markings are gone, but the content is classified at the highest levels - and so sensitive in nature that "it would have been obvious to Clinton."

Whoever it was, he or she will probably take the rap in order to spare Hilary. A guilty plea will result in probation, a la Petraeus. Then once Hilary is in the WH, a pardon or commutation will be issued.
In other words, nothing to see here. Move along.

When the FBI releases their report, will the Hillary campaign supporters who donate big money threaten to pull business advertisements from networks who do not defend her?
There are lots of businesses who advertise on ABC,NBC, CBS, CNN who also support Hillary for business reasons.
Did you notice this past week how much time Rush spent trying to convince his audience the FBI for the most part hadn’t been politicized?
This coming from the same guy, Rush, that has been lying for over 20 years about the real reason Perot was in the 1992 election and lying about Reno’s firing of the US Attorneys in 1993 to cover up in part corruption involving the FBI and how the FBI had been covering up corruption in democrat controlled city govts.
This is the difference between accidentally receiving too much cash in an ATM withdrawal and stealing card numbers to commit theft.
"Classified" is a generic term not an an official designation:
...needs highlighting since this family has argued the what the definition of "is" is.

That tells me the wire transfers have been made to offshore accounts, and some underling smucks have been lined up and are ready to jump on the sword for her thighness.
This is her prep to blame the minions.
She didn’t strip the markings - someone else did. With the Clintons it’s always someone else’s fault.

Just for the sake of discussion, let's say her staff did cut and paste the information, removed the security classification markings, and then sent the information on to Hillary's private, unsecured server. Once she saw the content of the email, it never occurred to her to question why such sensitive information was not marked as classified? She never directed her staff to remove the information from her server and take action to immediately apply the appropriate security classification to the correspondence? We are always being told that Hillary is one of the smartest people in the world. If that's true, she certainly should have immediately recognized that she was dealing with classified information. This doesn't pass the smell test (although I hate to use that expression when talking about Hillary!)
Hillary is not going to prison.
The best deal we are going to get is her, Bill, and Chelsea’s withdrawal from public life in exchange for payment of back taxes and a plea to a misdemeanor with a suspended sentence.
If we get off that easy, we’re lucky.
Oops. Hillary’s own e-mail, instructing her foreign policy advisor to strip out a classified document and fax it non-securely, makes it impossible to claim she didn’t know. She proposed this immediately, indicating she had stripping out markings in mind as a go-to solution.
Either Cheryl Mills or Hillary came up with the whole strip-out scheme. They instructed subordinate o do this and are both responsible for it.
I don’t disagree, and I’m not saying it would pass legal muster.
But remember, the Clintons wage their battles in public and seek to control the narrative with the media.
This is the public defense they will use. And many many Americans will swallow it hook, line, and sinker, not because it’s credible, but because they want to believe.
They are already floating stories about bias within the FBI, the VRWC is alive and kicking. The groundwork is laid.
They will attempt to establish strong public sentiment, and then seek to leverage that sentiment against the WH and Justice.
Well .. they weren’t “innocent”, and they weren’t “mistakes”.
They were PURPOSEFUL, and CALCULATED.
The purpose was to get information to Hillary which she could SHARE with her paying customers in her foundation.
The calculation was, “I didn’t send or receive any classified emails”.
ANYBODY WHO WANTS THIS WOMAN FOR PRESIDENT .. HAS ONLY ONE WISH .. AMERICA CEASES TO BE.
Yes, 2 things could let her skate:
1) Huma used a thumb drive (illegal); FBI knows whether this happened. Only Huma is thrown under the bus.
2) Huma just re-typed (sanitized) and did a poor job. She is again thrown under the bus, but lesser penalties.
Hillary also may have been stupid enough to do #1 or #2, or not.
At best, she has shown incompetence and negligence beyond the pale, on a private server that was almost certainly hacked. But she could still be president, in this day and age.
