Yes to both. Frankly, yes to Rubio if he gets the nomination, despite the fact that I cannot stand his double-dealing on the immigration issue and his sheer laziness when it comes to his Senate job.

The simple fact is that this country cannot survive another 4 or 8 years of a Democratic president. If the next president is a Democrat, the entire court system is gone. If another Democrat is President for the next four or eight years, Europe will be completely lost, & I would not be surprised to see nuclear weapons exploded in or above American cities - weapons that originated in Iran. Simply put, I will vote for anyone other than the Democrat.

One name is conspicuously missing.

Mickey Mouse? ;-)

Oops! TRUMP!

Yes, Yes

The question is only 'where will the country be in 4 years if x or y' ... I see certain differences in the candidates obviously ... but I don't see a huge difference in the outcome in 4 years, 8 years.

That's why I prefer Trump for 8, Cruz for 8 at this moment. I think their campaigns are in close contact, regardless of how ugly the fight looks.

Those getting their panties in a bunch over one or the other at the expense of making the other evil are frankly ... stupid ... in my opinion, of course I could be wrong there. I just don't think it's necessary to hate Cruz to prefer Trump, or vise versa.

I think some of the dem/liberal name-calling-as-an-argument has worn off on us, and that's OK ... we've been wrestling pigs for so many years we can't help but smell and act a little like them. So long as we remember who the real animals are.

If my candidate doesn’t win the nomination, I will require lots of tequilla to pull the lever for the nominee.

***"...I see certain differences in the candidates obviously ..."

***By that I meant the 2 in question - Trump and Cruz - not 'the candidates, all of them, in general'

I prefer Cruz to Trump. However, if it comes down to Amnestylover Rubio, Village Idiot Jebbeleh, Krispy Kreme Christie, etc., I would pull the lever for Trump-—with some trepidations. Who he is Monday may not be who he is Thursday, if you know what I mean.

Cruz or Trump. Yes!

Either one. Even though it gets ugly for the next two months.

I prefer Cruz but would vote for Trump (even tho’ I do not much trust him). Still have a soft-spot for Carson (but I know that’s not happening). Anyone else is a big NO (even Rubio right now, and he used to be high on my list), I will not “hold my nose” and vote for GOPe again (esp. Jeb!)
