The US Supreme Court rejected on Monday an appeal from a pro-Israel group seeking to place ads on the Boston-area mass transit system, AP reports.
The ads are sponsored by the American Freedom Defense Initiative (AFDI), also known as Stop Islamization of American, and they describe the Israel-Palestinian conflict as a war between the "civilized man and the savage."
The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) initially rejected the AFDI ads, asserting they could be construed as "demeaning or disparaging" to Palestinian Arabs and Muslims. ...

It should be the MBTA's decision, though their standards must be consistant. I'm not aware of any anti Israel ads they've run. It's interesting the ad doesn't mention palestinians, and is derogatory only if one assumes they are savages.
The truth is the truth. You can try to hide it but it will always bubble to the top. Paris, San Bernardino, Fort Hood, NYE, etc.
That will all change once Trump or Cruz is elected. It will be restored.
Yet Trump had a few rallies in MA.
You reckon some smiling, not-all-that-dumb Supreme Court Justice is reading your words right now, and saying to himself...:

THAT, sir, would be the million-dollar question. I would tend to suspect one of the Court's Roman Catholics [very possibly one with a Jesuit education in his background; the action we're describing is typically Jesuitical] who over the years has remained true to his faith and not surrendered to the false Roman Triumph of the beltway's bright lights and popular acclaim, nor to the temptations of sodomy and/or pederasty that appear to have a sympathetic attraction to some of the other Justices.
Perhaps President Hussein's antimilitary and anti- Second Amendment actions will bring the Justice in the Shadows out in the next year; or perhaps not. We shall see.
But it certainly might make another Bush v. Gore electoral challenge in the courts have an interesting ending.
