I’m not running for President, that’s why. Next question.

Many candidates are running for President. Where's you call for Trump to release all of his paperwork?

Now IS the time to put this nonsense to rest...although it won’t ever put it to rest for the deranged left.

Alternatively, you could apply for a passport. But you need to file something. A Canadian birth certificate is not sufficient to prove U.S. citizenship.

"He has a record of birth to a US citizen, same as I."

You don't think this is hurting him enough that it would be prudent to show it?

It's not different than showing a Birth Certificate. Easily released by the principal.

Any one of us on this forum would do so if our Birth Citizenship were questioned. Especially if questioned in a state court as the pending suit in Florida does. He could be denied ballot access in Florida if he does not respond.

Exactly how do you know that Ted's mother did not become a Canadian citizen at the same time as his father did?

How do you prove she did not do that? The only paperwork related to that would be if she did. Where is that?

I can make all kinds of false accusations of someone. They are not required to prove the did not do something. You have to prove they did it.

When did you stop beating your spouse? Prove it.

A Canadian birth certificate plus a mother or fathers birth certificate can prove NBC status.

That’s very kind of you. Now would you care to point out the phrase natural born citizen in that code?
********************************************************************************
For those with a low IQ in our midst:

natural born citizen = citizen at birth

Not really. If his mother naturalized in Canada, thus renouncing her U.S. citizenship, she could’ve been born a citizen of the U.S. but not been one when he was born, thus making her unable to transmit U.S. citizenship to her son.

Trump has not released his father's or mother's birth certificate.

Yet you don't seem concerned about that.

So them maybe all the candidate's parents have renounced their citizenship. Prove that they didn't.

Aren't you concerned that old Fred & Mary Ann Trump may have done that?

Here's a scenario which might be helpful in understanding the Founders' concerns:

Suppose that, prior to Ted Cruz's birth, his mother travels to Canada.

While there she is introduced to the then-single Charles, Prince of Wales. They decide to wed and take up residence in Great Britain.

Elizabeth II passes and Charles becomes King of England, Charles III.

The Queen becomes pregnant and appears at the U.S. Consulate and registers her baby, to be named Ted, as a U.S. citizen.

Years later Ted is crowned King Ted I at the death of his monarch father.

In the year 2016, King Ted realizes that the U.S. is in dire need of his leadership and he decides to run as President and is elected by a majority of the Electoral College, but a less-than-majority of the popular vote.

Now I realize that some of this scenario is very unlikely. But exactly what part of this would be IMPOSSIBLE?

And what would our Founders think went wrong with their "Natural Born Citizen" language in the Constitutition?

If true, how did Ted Cruz get a US passport at 16 years old?

Sure. I happen to believe that natural born citizen means citizen at birth, so really, it wouldn’t matter if they’d both defected years earlier to the Soviet Union and publicly renounced all ties to the U.S., Trump is a natural born citizen because he was born here. But hey, if someone else thinks otherwise, then I would urge Trump to get his parents birth certificates and put those out too.

Why weren't you concerned about it before I asked you? Why no thread about old Fred and Mary Ann? Why don't you ask him, instead of saying that he should do it only if he's asked? Why didn't the concerned Trump volunteer to do it on his own?

Awww! Deflection instead of a defense of the tactic of trying to use a code to define something where the term can't even be found.

How precious.
