“...the problem isn’t the visas....it’s companies not following the laws established to hire American workers first by tactical loopholes they use to sidestep the law...”

All I know is that the positions are posted and distributed to head-hunters spamming loads of in-boxes begging/pestering to fill the slots. There is nothing between an American IT worker and that slot except “air & opportunity”. If they have the skillset and can fog a mirror, it’s theirs. Otherwise, when the only respondents are either H1B’s or skilled legal-immigrants, guess who gets the slot? The bill-rate the customer will pay is the same either way because it’s specified in the contract.

Now this isn’t *MY* law, it’s just been my experience and observation. I truly wish we had more Americans to fill the slots, but currently there are more slots than qualified Americans to fill them. Now, what I *can* say is that the Americans are (at least the one’s I know) not interested in contract gigs because they are either already employed with a full-time gig; have a different skillset than needed; or (most damningly) don’t want to work with slacker govt orgs where it (example) takes from 3-weeks to a month and a half to get an account set up.

“...But asswipes want to keep eating our seed corn. You are what I would call a pimp, nothing more. Go away. Go Trump, gp!...”

You couldn’t be a finer representative of your agenda. Good luck with Trump.

Whereas Trump supports Kelo where government steals the homes of citizens to benefit big real estate developers like Trump.

The Republican Establishment and their point man Marco Rubio are the enemy at this point in the game.

The destruction of Cruz and Trump are their top priorities and any fight they can get going between supporters of Cruz like me and supporters of Trump like others in this forum helps their cause.

“...Either you have borders our you don’t. You either have a country or you don’t...”

Yes we must have borders! Yes, we must have a legal immigration process! Yes, we MUST have a country! Nothing in my reply encouraged, pointed to, or referenced *illegal* immigration of any sort. I have not identified any of the organizations I work with violating the H1B process - it would be incredibly stupid to do so. But you, in a *gleaming* display of intelligence, resorted to the following gem:

“...I consider you worse than a piece of manure, at least manure has some value as fertilizer. You are one of the lowest creatures on earth at least to me, so make your money selling out your countrymen while you can and shut up about it unto we can end this sham...”

So yes, you *ARE* hyperbolic much, as you have amply demonstrated. Good luck with Trump. You do him a great favor by representing him in such a good light!

Yes, we must have a legal immigration process!

So you can make money selling out your countrymen?

The USA needs to stop all immigration for 50 years to sort out this mess.

“...Sell out your fellow countrymen much?...”

Ha-Ha! No. Not at all. And I have no plans to. See my other replies and then try to find two brain-cells to rub together before you attempt another reply. But if you don’t like me relating my experiences and you don’t agree with the organizations I’ve gravitated to contracting with since shortly after 9/11, then I guess you will have to piss on your choice of three of the four branches of the US Military. Choose wisely.

“...So you can make money selling out your countrymen?...”

No sir — for the same reasons the country has *always* had (and needed) a legal immigration process. Do you have *any* idea what those reasons might be, or are you gong to persist in being intellectually dishonest?

So Cruz only takes the high road for Hillary

Naaaah. The very classy Ted Cruz takes the high road with with everyone, including Donald Trump who called Cruz a maniac, without any counter insult from Cruz. Cruz is pure class. That is something your average Trumpbot doesn't know anything about.

Yet he calls Rubio a “liar”.

Marco Rubio is a very good liar. Rubio is not the first guy Cruz has called a liar. He called Mitch McConnell a liar on the Senate floor too. And he was exactly right in both cases.

I'd much rather he call hillary a liar

He has attacked Hilary Clinton over her Benghazi lies plenty of times.

So says some anonymous troll on an internet board, when the best legal minds in the country, including the Harvard Law review are in agreement as to Ted Cruz's eligibility to run for president, and further, Cruz has been able to withstand every challenge to his eligibility so far in every state he's registered in for the primaries.

Cruz refuses to lay a glove on Hillary or Bill.

Not sure what planet you living on. Cruz has been attacking Hilary long before Cruz started running for president. Cruz has attacked Hilary Clinton a heck of a lot more than Donald Trump who untill recently, was Hilary Clinton's best pal. Bill Clinton? Cruz is not ruining against Bill Clinton.

I think it’s fine that you believe that. You actually make my point. There are solid conservatives who can be peeled off of Cruz or Rubio because they believe like you. We know that just a few hundred votes, even in a huge state like Florida, can make the difference in the entire election.

What I think about the legality of Cruz’s constitutional election eligibility must be weighed against the number who won’t vote for him due to their belief that the constitution meant something different.

It must also be weighed against the number who would be influenced by a campaign from Hillary Clinton on ineligibily. She is the source of the campaign against Obama in 2008. Would people believe such a campaign? Many get their news from Oprah and SNL.

Cruz supporters need a little more Timothy (2:15), "rightly dividing the word of truth" and a little less acceptance of a tent rival campaign.

In Cruz's Amicus on "Heller" he states that an assault weapons ban is acceptable because they are "reasonable regulations"- now he runs around stating the opposite. He voted away our Constitutional 2/3rds vote to pass treaties on the Corker bill and now he religiously supports Israel and is a bastion against Iran. I guess as long as he can quote "jot" and "tittle" (Matthew 5:18)on King James then nothing else matters.

But why is Cruz calling campaigning against hillary for Bill's behavioral issues "innuendo"? It's established fact, admitted to by BC himself. Either she didn't know about BC's bad behavior or she didn't care. Either way, it demonstrates a lack of judgement and perception.

Whether you like Rubio or not (I don't dislike him as much as many freepers do) my point is that Cruz is directing that kind of rhetoric to a candidate in his own party instead of supporting Trump's going after her in a very big way.
