Barack Obama plans to campaign against Donald Trump's pro-American 2016 campaign by rallying international opposition among foreigners, according to Politico. "Going into next year, Obama will be speaking out against Trump, as he did indirectly in several pro-immigration speeches earlier this month… pushing back against Trump will be a central theme of Obama's international engagement," according to a Politico article.
"The nature of American politics is that all these statements are consumed around the world," said deputy national security adviser Ben Rhodes. "When there are statements that could present challenges in terms of perceptions of America's openness to people of different faiths and America's inclusiveness, the president is going to speak out on that."
Obama's divisive 2016 plan echoes his 2008 campaign, when he rallied foreigners to help defeat Sen. John McCain.

The plan to integrate foreign opinion into the 2016 election complements Obama's view of immigrants as part of the progressives' domestic political coalition, and his view that America's power can be used as a political battering-ram for progressives' worldwide political ambitions.

Since then, Obama has successfully pushed the GOP's leaders to fund the migration of tens of thousands more unskilled, Islamic migrants into the United States. Even as Obama's deputies claim they're helping to fundamentally change America, they're also dismissing the preferences of Americans who disagree with their revolutionary plans, especially the Americans who are inspired by Trump's pro-America campaign, according to the Politico report.

I smell a backfire....
Never, in history, has there been a leader of a country less focused on the people he’s supposed to represent. Supporting foreigners over U.S. citizens should be seen as treason. It is in my mind.
Totally without class and demeaning to the presidency. Unexpected? Not!

My daughters had a time when they did not get along... at school some of the kids were picking on the little one. Well the big one joined in with the kids because she was mad at her sister at the time.
Needless to say the big one got a good butt chewing for that.

A sitting president going overseas to bash an American candidate that has huge support among his people. Thats just as bad as bashing his people directly.
When someone overseas bashes Trump’s followers, a DECENT president who say; “hold on now, I don’t care for his politics but thats my people you talking about”
I don’t hold my breath for Obama to stand up for Americans.
I want a president who will demand and sign into law a bill requiring all candidates for federal office to submit and make public a valid birth certificate and other identification to prove they are constitujtionally qualified for the office they seek.
One foreign born, Islamo-socialist, illegal alien with no birth certificate, passport or other ID who is sitting in the White House as president is one too many.
Ben Rhodes, huh. His brother just happens to be head of ABC News. How convenient.

For a POTUS, politics ends at the nation’s border. For P0S0TUS, it’s politics all the time, irregardless of any silly border.
Given how badly Barry has fsck’d things up in the world, this could turn out to be a ringing endorsement for Trump.
I remember Trump canceling a previously scheduled trip to Israel (was to happen in December). I wonder if this was cancelled so that Trump would not be seen as doing exactly what Obama is doing.
