POCATELLO — White House communications director Jen Psaki said Dec. 18 that President Barack Obama’s planned executive action on gun control would come in “weeks, not months.â€
Roll Call reported Wednesday that “senior congressional aides and sources in the gun-control community†indicate that the president will issue his executive actions after the Christmas vacation.
White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest admitted that Obama’s team of lawyers have been “scrubbing through the law†to find avenues for gun control expansion, according to the Roll Call report.
Obama met with gun control proponent Michael Bloomberg earlier this month to discuss possible ways to circumvent Congress and expand gun control.

WA didn’t provide for “immediate family” exemptions? Jeez...OR did.(And it’s still not being enforced.)
I think you can “gift” it to a family member. But the law is explicit that they can’t borrow one. Unless it is for immediate use for defense of self or property. At 18 pages long there is a lot of clarifications. But of course they don’t cover it all so still some questions remain. (Can a gun store let you handle a gun before you buy it? Gunsmiths, etc.)
