Poll: Trump unscathed in NH as Christie climbs [Trump + 4: 27% Christie 12% Rubio 11% Cruz 10%]

GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump's support is rising in New Hampshire despite his controversial call for a ban on Muslims entering the U.S., according a poll out Friday

The 90.9 WBUR survey finds Trump with 27 percent support among GOP primary voters, 15 points above New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, who has climbed 6 percent in the last month to claim second place in New Hampshire.

Trump is up 4 points from the same poll in November, marking his best showing in the Granite State yet.

Trump's showing follows his suggestion that the U.S. temporarily halt admitting Muslims to the homeland on Monday. He argued that the drastic measure is necessary for preventing radical Islamic terrorism on American soil.

Multiple lawmakers from both political parties have since condemned Trump's suggestion as both impractical and unconstitutional.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) ranks third with 11 percent, while Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) is a close fourth with 10 percent of his own.

Former Gov. Jeb Bush (R-) completes the GOP's current top five in New Hampshire, netting 8 percent there.

Friday's poll found that New Hampshire's likely GOP presidential primary voters view the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) as the nation’s most dangerous threat.

About 87 percent view ISIS as a significant menace, the highest of any option WBUR sampled among that demographic.

Another 11 percent think the terrorist group is at least a minor concern, leaving nearly the entire sample worried about its existence.

Pollsters additionally found that Granite State Republicans are excited about political outsiders like Trump heading into 2016. They discovered that 46 percent want a president next year from "somewhat outside" the political establishment.

90.9 WBUR conducted its latest sampling of 402 likely GOP presidential primary voters in New Hampshire via cell and landline telephone interviews from Dec. 6-8. It has a 4.9 percent margin of error at the 95 percent confidence level.

This is what happens when your state becomes infested with liberals. It didnt use to be this way but over the years the Massholes came N because they hated what they created in MA. Theyre now in the process of screwing up NH as well.

Crispys ads are more effective because Chris comes across more honestly believing what he says.

Shrub III carpet bombing ads still have him in a not so believable mish-mash-mush tone.

Crispy is more real.
Bush is more Plastic/Stepford/Romney anamotronic like.

JMHO

On another note, if Rand isn’t even in the mix in “libertarian” NH, he should just drop out now.

But HOW can this be? Cruz is “surging?” Boy! he’s ready to make his move at 10% why he’s sitting in the catbird’s seat.

Like him or not, Trump has been in the public eye going back, what, 40 years? The American people know what he is, and what he isn't.

The usual MSM tactic of making stuff up in an attempt to create a negative first impression of an unknown opponent doesn't work with The Donald because he's not unknown.

“The left thinks they are the keeper of the state definitions.”

They are and they have been.

AS long as the electorate is as radicalized as it is, they will continue to be the greatest example of what
Herr Goebbles practiced.

IMHO

“GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump’s support is rising in New Hampshire despite his controversial call for a ban on Muslims entering the U.S., according a poll out Friday”

Let me fix that for them:

GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump’s support is rising in New Hampshire because of his call for a ban on Muslims entering the U.S., according a poll out Friday

Yesterday on his radio show, Rush Limbaugh speculated that Trump's numbers my be higher than what the polls indicate due to what he called the Wilder effect, based on potential voters lying to pollsters about their real intentions. If Trump aces the New Hampshire and South Carolina primaries, watch liberal and RINO heads literally explode. He may be the American Vlacev Havel, the man who takes a corrupt, decadent system down.
