Donald Trump knew a man he named as a senior business adviser in 2010 had been convicted in a major Mafia-linked stock fraud scheme, according to Associated Press interviews and a review of court records.

Now for a short public service announcement to all on FR:
We need to ensure we don't get another Obama-like America Hater as the next President.
The best way to ensure that is to actively support a candidate as the next President.
I prefer Cruz and my money goes to his campaign, hence the Cruz link. If you like someone else, donate to him/her (find your own link to do it) and if you use FR and don't donate, then please don't complain about the welfare leeches or those who have Obama Phones because, functionally, you are no different than any other FReeloader
PS - If you are one of those who cannot afford even a small donation to FR or a candidate, God Bless and happy FReeping!.....
GO CRUZ!! Keep it up Trump!!
Trump doesn’t split the country, the old media empire, that mouthpiece of the DNC, is splitting the opposition to the most anti American leftist pig, Hillary Clinton.
Good! Most mobbed-up people are more honest than most career politicians. And most Italian Americans are more patriotic than most liberals.
I think the fall-back position for Trump supporters is Cruz and after that, all bets are off. Most don’t think Carson has the ability to pull this off, Snarly Carly annoys people, the entire party dislikes Jeb and Rubio should go home and have some cookies and milk.
The press digs about one teaspoon full when it is a Democrat, so I couldn’t care less who Trump hires.
If you think you will ever get a politician in DC that is as pure as the wind driven snow you are a naïve child.
“The libs are running out of tricks.”
And some anti-Trump FReepers are doing the same (posting a thread like this).
“I think its going to be very interesting how this plays out because its obvious that Trump splits the country”
Every election “splits the country” and the one that wins is the one that grabs the middle. . .which Trump does.
“and the party.”
Who gives a darn about the GOPe. . .that is the Wash DC organization that TELLS the party faithful who the pick is, rather than listen to members of the party tell them who they want the pick to be.
“Even a split here on FR.”
Not a true split. . .except for a few hard-line anti-Trump posters there is hardly a split to be seen.
A small number of anti-Trump posters does not make a split that is harming Trump or the movement to take the party back and elect an American that is not PC, is a regular guy that speaks plainly with no teleprompter, and expresses thoughts and feelings from the heart that are not focused-grouped approved.
Trump is exactly what all FReepers have been asking for; i.e., not a professional politician that has been running for election since kindergarten, not the Ken doll with the polished hair and perpetual fake smile, pointing with a thumb instead of a finger, ripping off the jacket and rolling up his sleeves when taking a stage (you know, doing all the subliminal phony stuff the “experts” tell them to do).
There is on FR a majority for Trump with a small number of detractors.
Go pimp your stories elsewhere.
Whatever you’re selling, nobody’s buying.
Yes, the truth hurts
Yeppers, I'm sure Carson and Cruz supporters agree.
Yeah, whatever you say.
Have a nice day.
So what?
“To the Trump-haters, FR has become a vast ‘target rich environment’ because they are so rabidly against Trump that whatever common sense they possess (or possessed) has gone straight out the window. “
In the past week, I have been attacked by FReepers who I ordinarily like and respect. It isn’t enough that every single network in America(especially Fox, and Murdoch’s WSJ) is out to kill him off, we have to get it here too: ) Oh well....
I heartily agree with your comments.
It’s truly sad watching some folks melt down as M2T’s last hopes of the nomination fade from reality.
Did you see this. It’s McCain’s immigration plan, sans the citizenship part, the SCOTUS will conveniently reinstate once this became law.
Hilarious. McCain’s immigration plan from 2007. LMAO
Now you can see why he’s still straddling the fence. That’s what Cruz does best.
He was against Iran getting the bomb before he voted to reduce the number of senators who had to approve of Obama’s agreement.
He was against PPP before he voted to make it possibly by voting for PPO.
He was for H-1Bs before he finally figured out that was going to cost him.
The guy is one big whack-job flip-flopper.
My oh my, what are the flip-flopper averse people to do?
Why I can’t trust a thing he says. Whatever he’s promising right now, I know he’ll change it as soon as he is elected.
Gosh this is fun. I was stupid not to play the Cruz game from day one. Thanks M2T sycophants.

Well done, Doughty. You are one of just a small percentage of FReepers who can’t be fooled. I like to think my 30 years in SoCal gave me all I needed to know about illegal immigrants. Also that electing “lesser evils” eventually gets you nothing but evil. The GOPe is my proof.
I agree.
We get Trump next year or we get Hillary.
I’m not sure what most Conservatives will do with that dilema, but I can tell you what I’ll be doing.
It’s Trump crossing the finish line with Hillary’s tail stuck in the gate.
Biggest lopsided vote every. Couldn’t happen to a more deserving bitch.
I figure a 5-7 million spread for Trump.
