The U.S. Air Force has fired off more than 20,000 missiles and bombs since the U.S. bombing campaign against ISIS began 15 months ago, according to the Air Force, leading to depleted munitions stockpiles and calls to ramp up funding and weapons production.
As the U.S. ramps up its campaign against the Islamist terror group in Iraq and Syria, the Air Force is now "expending munitions faster than we can replenish them," Air Force chief of staff Gen. Mark Welsh said in a statement.
"B-1s have dropped bombs in record numbers. F-15Es are in the fight because they are able to employ a wide range of weapons and do so with great flexibility. We need the funding in place to ensure we're prepared for the long fight," Welsh said in the statement. "This is a critical need."
The bombing campaign has left the U.S. Air Force with what an Air Force official described as munitions depot stocks "below our desired objective."

I have wondered if the plan wasn’t to deplete the arsenal by just wearing out the weapons we have, and the people (God Bless Them!) who wield them.
Americans.....get for your own welfare...get rid of both Obama & Loretta Lynch....they are not protecting you or your families!!! Force them both to resign or impeach them!!! The slaughter of innocent Americans will not come under control until these people ar removed from office!!!
And.....I am not just talking about Muslim Terroist attacks....I’m talking about thousands of African-Americans, slaughtered on the Obama, Holder, Lynch “watch” over the last eight years....where these disgusting folks did absolutely nothing to really get these murders of Black citizens, children, included, under control and stopped!!!

Well, there's that too. My point was only that increasingly today we find ourselves with a smaller supply of very expensive weapons that are used in ways to deliberately inflict as few casualties on the enemy as possible. That's not how to win a war. However, it's a great way to empty our depots of these very expensive weapons.
That was a total effort. Even women and children helped the war effort. Next time we may see that again is war against China or a nuke attack, but half of the country would probably help the other side.
Same thing happened under Carter. It was called a “hollowed out” force.
They also short on recruitment and training.
A lot of the training is straight out indoctrination in P.C. subjects.

Obama (telling one of his usual bold faced lies):” What do you mean I am soft on ISIS??? Our military has dropped soooooo many bombs they are running out of them!”
So...now the story is not that it’s a lack of will, but a lousy supply chain?
