Farooq Saeed has been identified as the possible San Bernardino shooting suspect, who reports indicate walked into a medical facility for people with developmental disabilities and opened fire.
The shooting took place at close to 11 a.m. in the 1300 block of South Waterman Avenue in the California city, taking place at a building identified as the Inland Regional Center. The facility is a state-run medical center that serves people with developmental disabilities, said Nancy Lungren, spokeswoman for the California Department of Developmental Services.
Unconfirmed reports identified the suspect as Farooq Saeed, a name repeated on police scanners and reported from some American news outlets.

I’ll never forget, other than Shep almost blowing away while showboating reporting hurricane, Shep (while having a ‘hurricane’ on a New Orleans balcony’, saying the weatherman at NOLA, whom they hated, was wrong about Katrina, all the ranting and evac was for nothing meme... Meanwhile behind him, while the siding was blowing off the building behind him, you see the water rushing up the street. You couldn’t even plan or film that kind of stupidity.

I agree. San Bernardino cops are fearless! They are not into namby pamby political correctness. How do I know? They saved my bacon on one memorable occasion. Any other police department would probably have told me to get stuffed, but they got the job done. It was impressive then and they are impressive now.
They played an audio clip of the shootout with the suspects in the SUV and a cop described the driver as having “dark skin”.
