A Philippine court on Tuesday convicted a U.S. Marine of killing a Filipino last year after he discovered she was a transgender woman in a hotel in the Philippines while he was on a break after participating in joint military exercises in the country.
Lance Cpl. Joseph Scott Pemberton was convicted of homicide by first strangling Jennifer Laude and then dunking her head into a toilet bowl in the hotel they had checked into after meeting in a disco bar in Olongapo city, northwest of Manila. He was sentenced to 6-12 years in jail, with time already spent in detention credited, said court clerk Gerry Gruspe.

Therefore no statement was made,no falsehood uttered, and no fraud.
I'm betting the tranny looked like just what he was, a tranny.
BTW, I don't particularly want to pursue this repugnant topic further. He went looking for a perverted sex act, he ended up committing a murderr or homicide of whatever: a killin': and there's enough mortal sin togo around for all participants.
You can attempt to rationalize this any way you choose.
The marine set this in motion by consenting to pay the hooker for some kind of sexual experience. What kind of experience, we just don’t know.
You don’t have license to kill people, not even tranny hookers, for fooling your sorry ass.
ouch. THey must have upgraded Olongapo since ‘Nam. They didn’t used to have water in the toilet bowls when I was there.. that I recall anyway. I hear the fleet is coming back too soon to SuBic Bay.. not on my bucket list..
Oh puhleease. The man was dressed like a woman. It was his responsibility to make clear that he was not a woman if he was selling sex. It was so clearly fraud that I cannot believe you are okay with it. I think all prostitution is wrong. But this was sexual assault because no consent was given for sex with a man. Clearly, or he would not have reacted as he did.
Don’t pursue it. I’m fine with it not being pursued. I did want to reply. If being a sinner means you deserve whatever crimes others want to commit against you then lets just toss out all laws and live by the rules of the jungle: survival of the fittest.
I’m not rationalizing murder. The murder was wrong and I said that. I just said the sexual assault was also wrong.
It IS rape by fraud because the performer was male, in which case he would never have consented if heâd known.
Justifiable homicide!
I would!

Thanks for letting us all know that you would murder the tranny hookers you pick up, but only if you found them out.
I recommend against hookers, for the record, but to each his or her own, I guess. Your choices are your choices.
Stop calling him "Jennifer" and stop referring to him as "her".
That does NOT justify rape by fraud.
Thanks for your projection.
In the specific cases I refer to, it was a simple pick up at a bar, and seduction by fraud.
And my reaction stands.
It's not "a just homicide" -- it's just a homicide.
Homiciders, by the way, almost always consider their homicides justified. That's why they do it.
A tragic consequence which could have been avoided if only his anger and humiliation could have been contained.......Unfortunately alcohol removes all common sense inhibitors.
In a Ted Bundy world.
Don't know what world you're talking about but I live in a Christian world...........
I suspect you're talking about Islam.....
LOL.
Projection?
You specifically stated that you would justifiably commit homicide if in the same situation.
Here are your exact words:
“It IS rape by fraud because the performer was male, in which case he would never have consented if he’d known.
Justifiable homicide!
I would!”
Nice try on the projection thing. It fails as miserably as your attempt to turn a guy soliciting a hooker into the victim, being raped by his hooker. Patently absurd.
This whole discussion stinks like an ill-kept latrine and has long since descended into the absurd. His (the tranny whore's) responsibility was to stop buying it.
And on the subject of appearances: I agree with what Germaine Greer said --- when was it? 45 years ago? I'm getting old--- the really offensive thing is not that trannies are expected to look and act like women, but that women are expected to look and act like trannies.
