Sunday on ABC’s “This Week,” Republican presidential candidate Gov. John Kasich (R-OH) said his rival Donald Trump will not be the nominee because “80 percent of Republicans don’t support him.”

Kasich said, “It’s about whether we want to have a leader who unifies the country. Donald Trump has criticized and insulted women, his Hispanics, Muslims, reporters.”

Guest host Martha Raddatz asked, “Do believe what Donald Trump is saying that he didn’t know he was insulted the reporter?”

Kasich said, “He has insulted other reporters this one he absolutely mocked who was disabled. Martha, you’re been offend by him I think. We’re all are. We need a leader who brings us together not a leader that’s separating us from one group to another.”

Maybe he’s right. Maybe so many of us are disgusted with the GOPe that we don’t consider ourselves Republicans anymore. Probably 80 percent of the remaining Republican party composed of all GOPe do not support Trump.

Romney is a RINO, but remember how people came out of the woodwork telling stories of kindnesses he had done—really putting himself out to help people, giving orphans money to go to college, etc., etc.?

Obama has been on the national stage for more than ten years. Name one friend of his from high school, or college. Name one person who has told a story of how Obama inconvenienced himself to do a good deed. Obama has been rich for about a decade. Name one person Obama has helped out with money.

And remember Romney had super pacs and handlers and lobbyists....Trump has none of that....and this isn't the first story about Trump helping people ...

I could care less what obuma does, did or didn't do, I just wish Putin would invite him and the ‘misses’ on a dinner to the Kremlin on a one way ticket, like today!!!

I cannot stand that jerk muzzie and his ‘tranny wife’ for what they have done to this country, and I can't stand any senator or representative that has gone along with it...they all need to be ‘tarred and feathered!’....

Kasich must have thought this election was his.

So did Jeb.

Brit Hume isn’t pleased about Trump either. He sure slammed a lot of Conservatives this morning on the Fox Sunday show. I wonder if he realizes when he says those things, it isn’t just to Trump.. it’s to his thousands supporters also.
He said we are dumb enough to be fooled by the likes of Donald Trump... and it was evident Hume has a higher opinion of Hume than he does anyone outside the beltway.
Wallace asked Brit the question and he knew what Hume was going to say.
Slam bam... and that’s how you make a lot of ex Fox viewers.

Kasich, did you have threesomes with Condit or not?? What went on at those sex parties before he got a bit carried away with his favorite intern and you fled Washington like a bat out of hell? You love talking, so, please, religious man, spill the beans.

When thoroughbred horses are attacked, they circle up with heads inwards and kick out against the enemy as a one. When jackasses are attacked they too circle up but with their butts inward - and kick each other.

So what are we seeing here??

Delusional.=? Maybe.

I may be wrong, but this is the way I think the system works. The Republican National Convention is organized by and controlled by the Republican National Committee (GOPe). Some primaries and caucuses are winner-takes-all and other are proportional. In addition, there are unpledged delegates (usually current and former elected officeholders and party leaders), who can vote for whomever they want. Out of 2,472 total delegates there will be 372 uncommitted delegates (party hacks). Please correct me if I am wrong.

Each of these Trump-attack headlines need a rewrite:

Kasich: 80 Percent of Republicans Don’t Support 'Outrageous,'
'Divisive' Mass of People Who Support Trump

Thanks for the link. Trump was making fun of all the lame stream media. All of them act like this when they are caught.

Those huge "1.0000%" numbers of GOP support Kasich has in the bag must be going to his head.

Heck, Louie Farrakhan will get more votes in the GOP Primaries than John Kasich!

Sadly, I cannot argue with you about the structure.

When I said that Kasich is delusional I meant that it is not true to say that 80% of GOP voters reject Trump.
