A large group of juveniles robbed a designer store in Georgetown Tuesday evening and stole $13,000 worth of items, according to D.C. Police.
The incident happened just before 6 p.m. at the Diesel store in the 3000 block of M Street NW. More than 20 people, police said, went into the store and grabbed several items off the racks, according to a police report. They stole four leather jackets, costing about $800, and an additional $12,000 worth of merchandise.
One person who worked at the store was said to have been pushed from him behind by someone in the crowd. The employee was not injured, according to police. Police described the suspects only as juveniles.

I would hope repoters/police/”activists” would have a different name for this type of thievery. “Flash robbed”, “mob robbery”? The semantic stuff with crime, as in “the knock-out game”. It’s no darn game, it’s assualt or murder.

Both Dana and Peter thought that was great prose. I’m sure they went to an Ivy League school.
Georgetown is on a tear today. Morning reports were a Georgetown mom and kids were accosted by “teens,” but the police didn’t have any descriptions. She barely got herself locked in her car when one of the little darlings going for a ride on her running board shattered her sunroof with a rock.
Maybe their are a couple fewer leftist progs in Georgetown today. But I doubt it.

That’s nothing. We’d just got back to the hotel after sight seeing around the Fredericks of Hollywood in LA and turned on the tv. A bunch of gays were stealing everything they could carry off from the store. They stole everything including the fixtures and clothing racks down to the bare walls. Thirty minutes earlier and they’d have been climbing on our car with stolen spiked heels. People are crazy.
