Fergus Cullen could not be reached for comment as his head was stuck up Jeb Bush’s ass so far he couldn’t hear anything.

"It is not the role of the Republican Party to determine eligibility beyond verifying party affiliation

and that's how Obama was elected.

I've lost track of the count, but here's another GOPe long-bomb throw that went out of bounds. There will be many more to come.

Love what the media did here...suggesting there was a problem with Trump’s eligibility, but burying in the article about 3/4 of the way down that the challenge was dismissed, therefore no problem...never was one. But they had to represent it that way...even though he’s leading in that poll by 10-15%. When will they learn?

“his views, expressed over decades, are inconsistent with the Republican Party platform and the Republican Party of New Hampshire’s statement of principles”

That’s our complaint with the entire GOPe / RINO / Leftist Uniparty Caucus!

Should he challenge bernie sanders on the same grounds? He is in the democrapic primary with no party affiliation.

“It is my belief that...his views, expressed over decades, are inconsistent with the Republican Party platform... ,” Cullen said in a letter of complaint

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Meaning that Trump doesn’t pre-emptively fold to every Democrat whim, isn’t for allowing everyone into this country, isn’t beholden to every Globalist Liberal PAC, and buckles to every foreign entity in their trade deals.

By the way, if you WANT Trump to have an excuse to run third party, keeping him off of the ballot would be a great way to give him one.

A number of people here believe that the invisible GOP-E are so powerful, they can stop a man like Trump through unseen forces or use of agents. This kind of flailing tells me “the got nothin’”.

By having his complaint dismissed in one day, this guy’s credentials for the Wile E. Coyote Frustration Award have gone straight up. Way to go Fergie, way to go!

As a Cruz supporter I say this is great news, Trump should be on the ballot in NH and every state he is running in. This complaint by this GOPe tool is total and utter BS. If the other candidates want to beat Trump, then they should beat him fair and square in the primaries.

They keep dumping more ammo on Trump, as though his quiver is not full enough already.

CRUZ 2016... with great respect, admiration and appreciation for Donald Trump

As Cruz consistently demonstrates leadership he would have it no other way.

...while also stating that he questions the candidate's allegiance to the party.

I also question Mister Trump's allegiance to the GOP (the traditional one, not talking GOPe here). I do not trust Trump. At all.

That said, we should include Trump in all votes, it's the right thing to do.

(I want Senator Ted Cruz to beat Trump fairly-and-squarely.).
