If true, just wow- that makes them even bigger predators than ever- I can not even imagine how In the hell the Boy Scouts of America thought it would be a good idea to allow such sexual predators to lead kids- I had read that over 40% actively sought out children- why In the hell would a responsible organization, or parents for that matter, allow such a high risk like that? I pulled over for a car wash for a college fundraiser in the Philly suburbs a couple years ago. At one point two of the girls stood close together, gave each other a long, full-body hug, holding each other while talking. Yeah, they were pretty cute.
