G20 leaders in Turkey rose from their seats to honor Paris terror victims on Sunday
President Barack Obama arrived at the G20 summit's first working session after the silent observance was already underway
He said economic conditions in the Middle East contribute to the global terror crisis
Later in the day Obama insisted he wouldn't send troops to the Middle East and called the Paris attacks a 'setback'
President Barack Obama arrived late to a 'moment of silence' in Belek, Turkey on Sunday as the rest of the world's most powerful leaders stood for a somber observance to honor Friday's terror-attack victims in France.
The G20 leaders 'gathered around a large round table for their first working session,' a White House pool reporter wrote from the scene.
'President Erdogan began the session with a one-minute moment of silence. The leaders stood to observe the moment. President Obama had not yet arrived and walked in at 4:34pm, after the moment of silence had begun.'
Despite his late showing, Obama offered his thoughts on the coordinated attacks in Paris, tying the rise of the ISIS terror army to economic conditions in the Middle East.
'There is a strong link between economy and security,' he told his peers.
And referring to the refugee crisis spreading from Syria to Europe and beyond, he said that 'society has not passed this exam with good grades.'
Obama has continued to insist on accepting 10,000 Syrian refugees into the United States by year's end, despite warnings that ISIS could embed terrorists in the flood of humanit seeking asylum.

Yep, Obama is yet again shown to be a disgrace. I’m sure he thought he was “too busy” to show up on time.

Netanyahu’s shaming “moment of silence” should have been broadcast!
Everything he does is deliberate and precise.
He expressed his contempt quite well, I think.
That is why he has avoided the real world his entire life.

His disrespect extends to the entire white world, not just America. Obama has been a disaster for civilization. I hope we can recover when he’s finally gone.
Part of his narcissism. He is KING. The world must wait for HIM.
He probably thought they were standing for him.
It’s all about him. Did he hold his hand up in front of anyone’s face this time?
It’s also evident he avoids any display of decency. It’s easier to be late as usual than to fake caring for any non-muslim.
