Ann Coulter on Paris Attack: 'Donald Trump Was Elected President Tonight'
Mediaite ^ | 11/15/2015 | Josh Feldman

Ann Coulter reacted to the Paris terrorist attack tonight by declaring "no more Muslim immigration" and touting Donald Trump on that particular issue.

In a string of tweets tonight, Coulter said that the obvious answer to stopping terrorism in the United States is to "stop importing Muslims"

Ann Coulter @AnnCoulter

HOW DID THIS HAPPEN? French people ran onto the street with signs that said, 'Je Suis Charlie'! Why didn't that stop this? 7:15 PM - 13 Nov 2015

Ann Coulter

@AnnCoulter

Paris death toll up to 100. U.S. college students need to tell Parisians about real violence from Halloween costumes & "trigger words."

Ann Coulter @AnnCoulter

Every year, the US imports 100K more Muslims to live here permanently. Rubio says he wants more. Why would anyone support him?

Voters have a very short attention span. This attack will be nothing more than a line item on a long list of attacks by next weekend.

The only things that count are events in the 7-day period before voting begins.

I’ve watched him over the years, too, which is why he’s earned my disrespect. There’s a lot more to an individual than his wallet. Character is most important.

I wouldn’t trust him as far as I could throw him. Just a few years ago, the prevailing opinion on FR pegged Trump as a huckster and a slick talker. I’ve seen no reason to change my POV.

Is Trump allowed to change his mind?? Good Grief. Didn’t you watch anything he said about that statement?? He said that because he was being pestered by the media and has a heart. He consistently said the opposite at rally speeches.

Truth?? What a joke. For a bunch of supposedly smart people it’s amazing how many here are so psychomyopic they constantly commit the fallacy of too few alternatives. It’s an epidemic here on FR.

That dog don't hunt. Give it up. Be fair. Trump is the only candidate to refer to the Syrian influx as possibly the greatest Trojan horse operation in the world's history. Paris proved him right.

Why would you or anyone say such a thing? Who is celebrating the murders besides the thugs who support killings. All in the name of “religion”, of course.

Cruz will not win against Hillary. The numbers and energy at Trump’s rally crowds prove beyond all doubt he is the one that can beat Hillary head to head. We need the first win, the election win, for any of the secondary wins to occur. “Theological underpinnings” won’t matter without an election win!

I say that as a strong Cruz supporter.

Come on. Celebrate the Paris murders with a smiley face.

For your hero, you know.

Shame on you.

Some apparently have no shame. They don’t understand the fact we need the first win, the election win, to secure any subsequent wins. I’m a Cruz supporter but I see the writing on the wall that Cruz will not win over Hillary. It’s obvious from the numbers and energy at rally crowds Trump is the only candidate that can beat Hillary. We need an election win to have a win-win. This isn’t rocket science.

Agreed. I’m not convinced that Cruz will win the nomination.

I am not sure what time the Presser was out, but Cruz detailed platform stance on immigration hit the wires on Friday. It’s solutions-based.

I find it so odd that the cities that are so accepting of terrorists coming to our countries are the ones getting slaughtered. So weird.

I hate how the electoral is so hard for us. The Democrats start off with something like 243 electoral to our 190. It does suck. And if we can’t get Ohio and Virginia......Yieks.

"This will long be swept under the carpet and forgotten by the electorate before the first primaries."

Maybe. Of course that would require Illegals not killing US citizens, and Muslims behaving. Chances of these two things happening are zero.

“No, but we do need a true “Christian” to lead this country.”

That would be fine, as long as he did not have funny ideas about the “end times” and the “beast”, as in: we must surrender and submit because it is God’s will, these things must happen because it is in Revelation, you can’t do any thing about it, etc.

"Cruz is putting himself into the national spotlight more, and displaying more aggression. I think he'll make it his issue."

Cruz can make it his issue but the problem is the public will ALWAYS associate illegal immigration control with the name of Trump.

Damndest thing I’ve ever seen in politics. Half the conservatives have gone bat shit crazy......and in ways that prior to now, only liberals have done (projecting, fantasizing, excusing, ignoring, worshipping....etc).

"Is Trump allowed to change his mind?? "

Of course not! Only Cruz is afforded that luxury. Trump's position from a decade ago is still binding, and Cruz being pro increased immigration and legal status for Illegals a year or so ago is irrelevant.
