Mob hitman who says he was the man on the grassy knoll and killed JFK to be released - and he still insists he did it
A man who claims he assassinated President John F. Kennedy has been moved this week from a high security jail to a less secure one in Illinois in preparation for his release next spring after 36 years behind bars.
James Files, 72, says that he was the man on the grassy knoll back on November 22, 1963, and that he fired the bullet into Kennedy's head that ultimately killed him.
Now, the CIA and other US secret agencies are preparing for scores of conspiracy theories as Files identifies himself yet again as the missing piece of the Kennedy story.

Often I wondered why JFK’s head went backwards as if shot from the front. When I saw a re-enactment video with a dummy’s head it also moved backwards when shot from the rear. So I’m convinced Oswald only did the shooting.

The mob doesn’t assign major hits like that to 20 year olds.
I saw something similar. It was on the documentary series NOVA, and they shot a skull from behind at the same supposed angle as Oswald to Kennedy, damned if the skull didn’t fly backwards.
The assassination was 52 years ago. Anyone with more than a vague notion of who JFK was is of an age to be drawing social security. Might as well be talking about the conspiracy to assassinate lincoln or julius caesar for all its relevance to anyone who is living today.

I’m 59 and so I was 7 yrs old at the time but I certainly remember that fateful day and event. Now where’s my Social InSecurity checks? Eheheheh
And how does he explain: 1) Oswald’s prints on the gun; 2) the fact that Oswald bought the gun, mail order; 3) Oswald’s presence in the Book Depository that day; 4) Oswald’s murder of Officer Tippitt within the hour following; 5) Oswald’s prior attempt to kill Gen. Walker in Dallas. I’m not denying there may have been a Mob setup for Oswald (a communist crazy loser who supposedly was the nephew of a soldier in the Trafficante crime syndicate) as there was a Mob motive to kill Kennedy (RFK had been a surprisingly effective AG against the Mob which made them very angry in view of his father’s long association with them in illegal booze imports), and the line that Ruby, a Mobbed up nightclub owner, killed Oswald to spare Mrs. Kennedy the “trauma” of his trial was always patently ridiculous.

Files is now 72 years old. He would of been 20 years old at the time does that make sense that the mob and the CIA would trust a 20 year old kid to do that job? I don’t think so. He is just a moron trying to get his 15 minutes of fame.
By 2038 most of the truth will be known. No matter what you read or believe it is pretty darn clear that the Warren Report was based on spoon fed (from FBI, CIA, NSA, ONI and others) information which was, at best partial information and false leads. Probably designed to prevent agency embarrassment. All the facts point to part Warren Commission findings AND Conspiracy claims. Oswald's role was to play a virulent Communist when in fact he was the opposite. He was “positioned and groomed’ TO BE THE FALL GUY.
OK SO EXPLAIN WHY OSWALD FLED THE SCENE AND KILLED THE COP...
there were bums on railcars who said they saw someone fire the shot ...
there were people who flashed CIA credentials on the grassy knoll shortly after the shot (who knows if they were legit)
I would like to know more about who oswald was working for..
renounces citizenship and marries a russian and yet the state department paid for his relocation back to the USA... YOU try that maneuver ... Ever try to get help from a USA embassy overseas??? good luck... much less a ticket home...
the entire story smells, the government has lost ALL CREDIBILITY in ALL IT SAYS AND DOES... there were so many people who wanted JFK dead from Nixon to LBJ to the CIA and the Mafia... all capable of killing him..

WHO WAS CAPABLE OF COVERING IT UP AND CUTTING TIES TO THE KILLER(S)...
The article says he claims Charles Nicoletti a mafia guy fired the other shot from the book depository.
