Obviously the Russkies do not know how to conduct modern warfare.
Instead of running costly air sorties and dropping expensive bombs they could be using those resources to rebuild mosques, erect new sewerage plants, teach the terrorists how to reduce CO2 emissions and fight global warming and promote homosexuality among their own troops.

Question for anyone:
How do we know this report is true? And note that we continue to hear about the non-envolvement of the Russians with ISIS targets from our U.S. media sources.
Somebody is lying and we have two sources (RT and MSM) that are at least potentially untrustworthy.
