Obviously the Russkies do not know how to conduct modern warfare.
Instead of running costly air sorties and dropping expensive bombs they could be using those resources to rebuild mosques, erect new sewerage plants, teach the terrorists how to reduce CO2 emissions and fight global warming and promote homosexuality among their own troops.
